This was our first "new car" purchase, bringing a little anxiety. Everyone at Ryan Auto was professional, patient and fair. We would definitely purchase from them when the time comes again!

Very friendly, helpful..Amanda and dane went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and even drive to our home so i could sign something...only negative thing was not the dealership , but jeep/chrysler company in that our former car had the ignition recall that was not fixable. My car had this issue happen and that was very dangerous.

My wife and i came in on a Monday to look at a car we weren't sure if we were ready to purchase just yet we worked with Andy Frechette Andy was very pleasant to work with and even though we bugged him for the rest of the week Andy was very friendly and patient we did wind up buying a brand new Jeep Cherokee on Saturday we would definitely recommend your dealership to friends and family as the whole staff was very friendly and courteous thank you for a great experience

Really enjoyed working with Steve Edmondson. He followed up on every communication and was professional. He was not overly persistent, but also kept the lines of communication open. It was the right balance.

After seeing a vehicle online, we wanted to test drive it. My family & I went in (4 of us) and were there for over 20 minutes & not one person said a word to us! Not even a hello to start anything. This is not how to handle customers, and we were pretty sure the vehicle in the lot we came to test would have gone home with us. After the treatment we got, we just left.

They found a fan for my older car and replaced it. The guys are always courteous.. I had a flat tire also while I was there which they fixed. Always good quality service and the guys have gotten to know me and my car so even though it can be expensive, it is a good experience.

We came in at 3:00, test drove the vehicle and were on our way by 5:30! They even stayed late on their Saturday to help find all the little buttons on the vehicle to run smoothly. Awesome service all around!

Added the flaps, the dealership also noted an update for the transmission. All work was done as promised, looking professional in installation and a washed jeep to better enjoy the new look. Service guys were very friendly and answered a few questions I developed since purchasing the jeep 3000 miles ago. As nice a service visit as I've ever had.
