Problem was not fixed the first time I took it in.

Problem was not fixed the first time I took it in. Had to take it back and they kept it for a week until it was properly diagnosed and fixed.

In my experience, this dealership sells junk cars!

In my experience, this dealership sells junk cars!! I purchased a 2024 in January 2025 with 5k miles and the car has been in the shop twice, going on 3!!! First OnStar needed to get reset, then the fuel door had issues and now the engine has issues!! Stay away from John Elway because they GAF about customers and will lie to your face!! I give the GM a negative 10 along with his dealership! They will ghost you after you buy a car and it has issues! Worse than a car lot on Colfax!! They lie about everything to get you to buy the car!!

AMAZING!

AMAZING! Being a first time buyer I was nervous did not know what I was doing at all however Rick Paul the salesman who sold me my car and Tony Gomez the financial manager talked me through everything gave me really good insight, were super forgiving and honestly they helped me out as if I was their own kid which made me feel so much more relaxed and confident and I felt prepared to own the car and what goes along with it. While my girlfriend and I were waiting Rick gave us his sandwich which was so awesome and much appreciated and talked me through everything. Tony was awesome he was super honest and he genuinely felt like he was looking out for us. I honestly learned so much from these two and can’t thank them enough! Thank you Rick! Thank you Tony! I love the new car!!!

I’ve been waiting to buy a Blazer for 8 years, and I am

I’ve been waiting to buy a Blazer for 8 years, and I am so excited about my purchase. We could not of had a better experience with John Elway Chevrolet. Daniel was the sales rep that helped us and he knew what vehicle was for me even before I did! We test drove a few vehicles, and Daniel was great about giving us space to discuss the options while still being available to answer any questions we had. I never felt overwhelmed with information. Tony helped us in the finance department and with this being my first vehicle purchase I was nervous I wouldn’t understand everything. However, he truly took time out of his evening to explain each detail / all of our options as far as warranty to make sure we understood everything we were signing and that we were satisfied with our decisions that worked within our budget. I truly can’t speak more highly of Daniel & Tony. My husband wants a Silverado and when that time comes we will definitely be coming back to work with them. Thank you again for my new ride!!

From the start of the morning test driving to the paperwork in the evening, he genuinely was there to help in whatever way he could without overwhelming me with information. Tony helped us in the finance department and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The paperwork side of things can be confusing but he truly took time out of his evening to explain each detail / all of our options as far as warranty and make sure we were happy with our purchase. Wow!

Wow! I had such an amazing experience here. I wanted to trade in my car and both Tony and Henry were able to make that possible and put all of my worries to rest. With my previous car I wasnt explained to what was happening and I was nervous to go a dealership because I didn't want to get taken advantage of again, but wow this was the best service I've ever had! They took the time to fully explain and they made sure that I fully understood everything that was happening. Thank you both for making my car shopping such a pleasant experience! I will be telling everyone to come and see you for their new cars!
