I drove from Wisconsin to trade my truck in. We came to a fair deal on the trade in for a new truck. Upon getting the new truck home, I had my mechanic give it a look. I was informed the tires were shot. I was aware that the tires would need replacing, but I was not expecting immediately. The centers of the tires were cracked, he was surprised I got it home without incident. He also found a rear axle seal was leaking. I'm no mechanic, so I would never of found this out until something worse happened. I was told I would be contacted to discuss, but have not heard from anyone. I was hoping to get partial reimbursement for the $2,000.00 in work I had to put in when I got it home. The purchase went fine, but these issues should have been fixed or mentioned at the purchase. The price of the vehicle would have been impacted by them. I hope to hear from someone in the future, as I'd like to update this post with good news. Other than these issues the truck is in great shape. I'm pretty disappointed at this time, buyer beware!
