I am from AZ and was searching for a particular make and model of vehicle online and came across Platinum Auto Group via Auto Trader. Platinum had the specific vehicle I was searching for so I contacted Platinum by telephone. The sales person Mike answered and was very knowledgeable and prompt. I had a trade in that he was able to value for me based on several photos and VIN information within minutes. I was very skeptical about doing business with someone whom I had never met but Mike made me feel comfortable and so I proceeded with my online credit application. I was approved and given the terms in less than one afternoon. During the entire process I had many, many communications with Mike by telephone, text, and email ALL of which were responded to within an hour and mostly his responses were immediate which I found most impressive. After completion of the sale Anne Marie was helpful in coordination of taking title in AZ. I do not believe that I would have purchased a car out of state if not for the absolute professionalism of Platinum. 5 Stars for sure, I love my new car, the car was just as pictured, very professionally detailed. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the easiest most professional experience ever.

Purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 6/30/17 and had great experience. I started by stalking their website for at least two months monitoring two Wrangler Unlimiteds that Platinum had in stock. After the price on a bells and whistles lifted Sahara seemed to stabilize, I contacted Platinum and spoke with Mike Montalbano. He was very professional, patient, and courteous. We would go back and forth discussing options, prices, financing, etc. Mike was very easy to work with via email, text, and phone call. Over the next two weeks, Mike and I negotiated until we came up with a deal we were both satisfied with. We even agreed to a stipulation: that the lifted Sahara fit comfortably inside my garage, which it did perfectly! Mike even went as far to arrange having my black beauty delivered to my home, roughly 65 miles from their location. Mike accompanied the Wrangler so we could confirm that the Jeep would fit into the garage, go over some of the numerous options, and finalize the paperwork. He was able to arrange finance through Wells Fargo. He kindly let the bank do the credit score so as for me not to be dinged twice. Thank you Mike. We even arranged for aftermarket extended warranty for the lift, upgraded suspension, big wheels and tires, all the toys, at a fair price. The Jeep is a blast, looks amazing, and is a real eye catcher! I am really happy with my purchase at Platinum. I think I am done auto shopping for a while, but if anyone is looking for a quality ride, I will definitely point them in the direction of Platinum Auto Group.

Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed with Mike and Platinum Auto Group. We called Mike on a Monday about a truck on the website and he met us on Thursday evening with the truck so that we didn't have to drive to Victorville. To me that is hands down TOP NOTCH! Mike worked with our work schedules to meet and test drive the truck. We test drove the truck and Mike pointed out a couple of scratches that my wife and I didn't notice. Mike had the fenders repainted and we couldn't be happier. This purchase was the easiest one by far from start to finish... Thank you Mike!!!

Mike is honest and makes your buying experience fun and easy. He was honest and upfront from the beginning. We spoke on the phone before coming in and he told me exactly what needed to be done to make my purchase possible. There's no middle man just Mike and I love that about Platinum Auto. I came in and everything he told me over the phone he honored in person. If you do not want the run around and 10 different sales people coming in telling you a different price then Mike is the guy you want to meet. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for honesty and up front no game playing when searching for a vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

I went to the dealer to just view the vehicle, and drove out with it. I did alot of reasearch and was used to the other dealers where the sales reps rush to run your credit and pressure for the sale. I have to say my family and I all felt unpressured and relaxed. I contacted Mike early that day and he was able to fit me in with a test drive that same afternoon. I had been shopping for a couple of months, nationwide for the exact car that I wanted. After an exhaustive search I was fortunate enough to find it at Platinum Auto Group! Having an 845 credit rating certainly helped, but Mike did everything on his end to make it simple. I still get excited every time I push the Start Button!

Looking at this f150 for a week it said sold was super bummed , Mike emailed me right back when it became available so I got my credit app in and he got my Approval processed quickly had the truck the next day . Love this truck !!! Great customer service easiest car I have ever bought walked in already had papers ready to sign less then 30 mins and out driving my new truck . Deff would buy from them again
