Great Experience

I had a great experience purchasing a cargo van. No hassle, agreed on a price in 5 mins. Had a MD inspection completed on the van and nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Overall, they have the best prices and easy to deal with. Thanks Sabrina!

This dealership cannot be trusted

The cars from this dealership cannot be trusted. They sold me a 2019 Hyundai Elantra SEL with an engine’s VIN different from the car’s! No response from the company. This dealership only has 2 people, a brother and sister family shop. You should avoid buying from them unless you are a very knowledgeable mechanic! As you can see, I am not the only one who had bad experience. I wish I checked the dealership reviews before I bought the car.

Fraudulent behavior - hides accident damage

Dealer knowingly failed to disclose an accident and repairs on "clean title". CarFax was clean when I purchased. Dealer has a licensed repair shop on site, but does not perform their own safety inspection. I took my 2018 Rav4 to a Toyota dealership for servicing 2 weeks after my purchase and was informed that the vehicle was "quite obviously involved in a front end collision" and that any mechanic or dealer would quickly identify it. Dealer has ignored letters, emails, complaints to attorney general, BBB, and other organizations. If I run my own repair shop, the only reason I would pay another shop to perform an inspection is for plausible deniability.

Frauds and liars

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Maxima from Jay the owner of AutoMax of Chantilly with just 1200 miles on it. The car was priced well but he chose not to disclose the car was in an accident. The Carfax report was clean only because the accident was not reported. I took the car to a Nissan dealership and they showed me all the damage once the undershield was removed. It was obvious that someone had tried to replace the undershield and cover up the damage that was done. There is about $2500 worth of damage on this vehicle. I spoke with Jay and he lied and told me he would help with repairs on the car. Per his request I sent him all the pictures of the damage and estimates from the body shop. He never responded and both Jay and Sabrina stopped responding to my calls and voicemails. Sabrina is definitely quick to lie on his behalf. They are very shady people whose word can't be trusted.

They lied to me about this car and lied about more

worst dealership there is

Worst dealership there is. They knew I was coming to look at this vehicle. When I got there it?s in this poorly lit garage trapped in by another car and other random materials. The dealer was on his phone the whole time and had me looking at it in there for awhile before I finally asked if we could take it out. It took about 30 mins for it to get out and come around where he got on his phone again before going inside. And leaving me outside for another 30 mins just looking out the car. I eventually went inside to ask again about test driving it. I eventually decided to buy the vehicle where the price was negotiated for a poor paint job on an accident repair that was advertised as only having cosmetic damage. Worked though all the paperwork where we agreed that if it failed MD inspection he would repair what it failed on. 3 weeks later I call asking where the title to the vehicle is. Turns out he forgot to mail it. He then informed me that he had to find the title. HE HAD TO FIND THE TITLE. He eventually says he mails it so I get the car inspected. The vehicle failed on having a hole in the trunk leading to the muffler and holes in the actual bumper. Both of which was not disclosed by the dealer (The hole in the trunk should have made it fail Virgina inspection VA code19Vac30-70-270) I contact the dealership where at first they seemed like they would follow through with repairing it. They backed down saying ?there?s nothing we can do.?

First-time used car buyer

I had a great experience purchasing my 2015 Corolla LE for a great price. The car had been in a minor accident before, but had been fixed and looked basically brand new. Definitely a positive experience and I would recommend to other potential used car buyers. AJ and Jay were especially helpful throughout the process.

A TASTE OF PUDDING IS BY EATING IT

Like the title says you have to taste it by eating it. YOU MUST VISIT AUTOMAX OF CHANTILLY. because as they say SEEING IS BELIEVING. If you like being pressured to buy, you need not wasting your God giving precious time going to AUTOMAX OF CHANTILLY it doesn't exist in their dealship. I checked "Not Applicable" on Quality of Repairs due to the following reasons 1. They have no repaire facility there, It's not unusual to see Car dealership without a repair facility 2. I saw lots of highend and affordable cars, one or two years old with low mileages, thanks to digitel age all with balance of factory warrantees,Virginia state inspection and Emission. I don't know about you, but I take a clean toilet and sales floors into account do you know why, because they care about you and your health when you vist them. I found both places I mentioned very, very relaxing, the toilet needs to accomodate handicap also by just putting a railling on the wall that's all. I was impressed DO NOT TAKE MY WORDS FOR IT You have to visit, see and experience it yourself. Good people with good hearts. Shopping for a car for a 19 years daughter wasn't as frustrating as I was told by so many people I guess I met the right people and right dealership. Before I sat down for this review I made so many calls to confirm that I was not taken to cleaners by these people. 2015 Altima with an unbelievable low mileage for the price I paid I'm pretty happy. They have just gotten two referrels already from me. GO TO AUTOMAX OF CHANTILLY FOR A RELAXING, GOOD FOR THE HEART, BUYING AND EXCELLENT DEAL. You decide.
