This is my third vehicle purchased from Select Auto! Each time the experience is amazing. They do a lot of the behind the scenes before you arrive so your time waiting at the dealership is minimum. I had been looking for an SUV with third row seats that folded down into the floor of the vehicle instead of having to remove them...my brother had just purchased a 2014 Tahoe and he has to remove the third row...well I didn't want to get a newer Tahoe that would have been too expensive for my budget but I wanted my SUV to look classy...I saw a 2011 Mercedes GL450 on another lot and fell in love with the features but there were too many noticeable flaws...just happened to be passing by Select Auto and caught a glimpse of a black Mercedes and hoped it was a GL450...it was!!! I talked to Nick Pennick who only asked if I wanted to drive it.I said no that I was just looking.He went inside and got the keys to unlock it and brought me a copy of the carfax.I could see that it only had 1 owner and never been wrecked...even though it was a 2010 model I had trouble finding a blemish on it. The third row was motorized with the touch of a button it folded down...the number of features on this model were too numerous to mention and I had found the SUV my dreams. Having never owned a Mercedes before I was nervous about pulling the trigger on this purchase so after driving it I thanked Nick and went home. This was on a Saturday. Monday I called Nick and asked if he would let my mechanic check it out and he had no problem with that so I knew he had nothing to hide...he asked who the mechanic was and where he could have the vehicle dropped off for the inspection. After going over some of the findings Nick helped me pick a warranty program that would cover any of the mentioned concerns...overall I had a great experience with Nick and Select Auto in the puchase of my first luxury vehicle and got a great deal on a vehicle that I later found out was a $69,225 when purchased in 2010!!! I would definitely recommend Select Auto to friends and family. Thanks again Nick your the man!!!
