Perfect!

The team at Select Auto of Charlotte not only saved me 2% on my loan by using their referral, but they sold me this amazing Beast with a perfect carfax. I saw it on their website and they made it happen! They shipped it to me and made this process seamless. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I won't go anywhere else! In and out

Never went to a dealership where I was in and out so quick! Took my trade in and gave me a great deal on my new car. Nick was real helpful and what ever we needed he was there to help. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a new car, you will not be disappointed.

Wasn't able to get help with financing at other dealerships but that all changed at select autos! They helped me get a loan on a bmw I been looking at for a couple of weeks. Thanks for gettin me on the rite track to build my credit. You guys were great!!!

LOVE this place

We have been searching for a car for 5 to 6 months and found it at select auto. After all the salesman and Mumbo jumbo we had heard I can tell you for certain that both my husband and myself or more than impressed with Nick and how he took care of us. We were in and out within an hour and a half. Got a great value for a trade-in as well as a great price on a used BMW 335i convertible. This was by far the easiest buying process we have ever been through. Nick was great he answered all questions we had even if it included him taking the time to go back and research. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Great Service

My daughter was looking to upgrade her 2003 BMW and we had visited several other Dealerships over a 3 day period. I was not happy with the pricing of their vehicles based on their condition. Visiting Select Auto I was impressed with the overall condition of their Inventory, knowledge, and Professionalism.Nick made the numbers work, so made a purchase and my daughter is extremely happy. AWESOME Service!

Just purchased my 2nd car with Select Auto because they are the best! I always get a great price, AWESOME customer service, and dont know anywhere else you can be finished with paperwork so quickly! I send all of my friends to them- and they are always as happy as I am. I'm a client for life! Love them!

Superior customer service

I have been trying to purchase a vehicle for the past 24 months and I just hadn't come across a dealership with the car I wanted AND superior customer service until I came to Select Auto of Charlotte. These folks truly know the meaning of customer service! I came into the office with my two smaller children, and they were patient with me in completing the sale and answering any questions that I had for them. Justin the Service Manager took care of all my needs with the vehicle we chose and I plan to do business here in the future!!!

Customer Service Lacking

Stopped into Select Auto looking for a low mileage BMW convertible that I saw on-line. The car was unavailable because it needed repairs (it did not run - first red flag), so I was told I could look at the car and return for a test drive after it was repaired several days later. When I returned, I test drove and liked the car, but had some questions about the price and condition. I inquired about a clearly broken part and was told that it would not be fixed and that I would not receive a credit for the cost of repairs - second red flag. I was told there was no flexibility on price. I inquired about a loose wire hanging from inside the front dash board, down the steering column, and between the driver's legs and was told they did not know what it was and they gave no indication that they even cared (they did not even offer to walk over to the car with me, to inspect the wire, to remove the wire, or to do anything). It appeared obviously to be an abandoned radar detector wire. Third red flag. I asked about prior service records and the owner's manuals, but was told there were none. Fourth red flag. I indicated that I wanted to conduct a PPI, and was subtly discouraged from getting one - like "oh, you are going to get a PPI, huh?" Fifth red flag. I was concerned that the car had other issues, so I inquired whether Select would warrant the vehicle for any period of time and was told that they would not, not even for 30 days, but that I could purchase a service contract. Nice. Final red flag. The salesperson was condescending throughout the entire process. I was treated like a piece of meat with a checkbook. In sum, I would not purchase a vehicle from Select, but since I liked the car's looks and performance, I am considering purchasing the same model car elsewhere .

Thank you Mr. Brodsky for your recent review. The BMW you were interested in on Saturday was not available due to the car just being traded in and needing to be serviced. We did reach out to you the following Monday when the vehicles service was complete. We understand if the vehicle cosmetically was not up to your standards and apologize if you were displeased with our process.
