Kind of rude

Email was not ever replied to. Called four times before somebody would answer. When they did they were kind of rude, so I may not try there.

we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience, we try very hard to make sure everyone has a pleasant experience, however we have had a big increase in volume and some technical issues with our phones and servers.

Pleasant Surprise

If I had to rate my experience on my sales person Paula I would have given this place a -10. I looked at a truck I liked and wanted to trade my truck in. My wife and I were sitting there and talking with Paula about what they could do for us and in the middle of it all Paula leaves in the truck we wanted to buy. Rick the Manager comes over to talk to us about things and we agree to buy the truck but, the trucks not there because Paula had left with it. Paula finally returned and we were able to sign our paperwork. While signing our paperwork Paula answered the phone even though there were other sales people that could answer the phone. It seemed to me that she was trying to get other customers while still working with me. I have sold cars before and to watch her trying to hustle instead of helping the person in front of her that she was going to make a buck off left a bad taste in my mouth. Paula asked Bonnie to assist her with paperwork for my license plate. This was the best part of my buying experience dealing with Bonnie. I have dealt with Bonnie on several occasions since buying my truck and I have to say she’s always pleasant and helpful. I had to call up there one day since buying my truck and ask a question and the man that answered the phone asked who my sales person was I told him Paula and he put me through to her, unbeknownst to my surprise she had no idea who I was. I think that is pretty bad when you can’t even remember a customer you probably made a lot of money off! I vowed from that day if I needed anything that I would contact Bonnie. Since then I have contacted Bonnie about my remote to my truck and she gladly took care of it. I then contacted her about a battery she helped with that. Each time I have had to contact her she has been very pleasant and always willing to help. Bonnie was my pleasant surprise! If you go here to buy a truck or car ask for Bonnie. If you see Paula run she’s a hustler and is only out to make a dollar on you she cares nothing about truly helping people. I highly recommend Autobank only if dealing with Bonnie or Rick otherwise forget it!

Rick helped me with the whole process and so did Amanda, they were very help full and not pushy like almost all the other dealers we looked at, the process was easy and painless, they gave us some good options on finance and everything went great!!! If your looking for a new car this is the place to go!

AMAZING place

Absolutely loved it here. Not like other dealerships. My husband and I were first time car buyers and they worked with us as much as they could. We bought a 2008 Nissan Altima coupe. Love the car. WONDERFUL customer service. They treated us like family friends. I will DEFINITELY go back if I ever have to get another car. I for sure recommend this place for anyone.

"Great service with Honesty and integrity."

My name is Nat Lobengilo and i feel compelled to write a review about my buying experience at Auto Bank. First of all , my credit was very shaky from years of bad decisions and other issues. However, over the past year I have been in the process of restoring my credit and recovering from mistakes from my past. The people at Auto Bank were willing to give me a chance and put me in a really nice 2012 Chevy Impala. After buying the car I discovered a few minor issues and contacted them about them. They were more than willing to help me ! They not only fixed my car but also helped me get back and forth from work. I would really Like to give a special thanks to Rick Walden for going beyond the norm and for his kindness throughout my whole ordeal buying my car. I would definately recomend them to my family and friends.
