12 minutes ago NEW STAY AWAY!!!!!! Bought a car from them 3 months ago. Check engine light appears on the drive home. The same catalytic converter alarm has been there for going on 3 months. I brought it back to them 3 times. This last time they still have it for 3 weeks. I was told I have to pay for it. When I said no I literally was told F U your not getting your money back. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.

Had a straight-forward business experience. No run-around. Would return to negotiate if I chose to.

It has been about a month since I purchased my low mileage crv from Precision Auto. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered to my house. The guys over at the dealer were great and sent me videos all around the vehicle. They handled everything from the beginning to the end. It was a great experience. Highly recommend buying a car from here since all the cars have low mileage and are in great shape. Thanks again guys

I wrote a negative review of this dealership earlier but I am rescinding that one and revising my overall rating from 2 to 4 because I received a full refund of my deposit of $500 within 5 days of being unable to consummate a deal due to the high cost of shipping the 2006 Honda CRV I was interested buying. They were also quick to provide me photos of sections of the vehicle I wanted to check.

I cannot believe this dealership! I gave my Credit Card # to them because they asked for a $200 deposit so that I'd have a chance to be on the frontline among potential buyers. They zapped $500 instead and when I called, the lady who responded said her son "made a mistake". I was truly interested in the 2006 Honda CRV with 37,000 miles on it for $14,500 but they had an option for automobile shipment. After I asked what it would cost, the quote was too much at $1900 (NY to WA). The lady offered to shave off $200 at first, then $300 but I still thought it was too much for me to pay include the full price of the vehicle. In the end, I decided NOT to buy since the lady was pushing for me to make a decision quickly after 3 days of telephone exchanges, including photos of the vehicles parts that I asked for. Since that time, I have not received a refund of my deposit of $500 back into my account though I was assured in the beginning that any amount I deposit would be refunded if we did not consummate a deal. And we didn't due to the expense I would have to bear to ship the vehicle. Thank goodness! My credit card deposit of $500 was refunded 3 days later!

Dan and Nick were good to work with. Recently purchased a Volvo. When I test drove the car there were a few issue as most used cars have. They had each issued fixed when I picked up the SUV.
