Proud Pop

Dealt with both brothers, Dan and Nick. Gentlemen. Test drove on Monday, they delivered to MY mechanic on Tuesday who note 3 minor issues which they fixed. Picked up my used Dodge Dakota on Friday, they did all the paperwork. Purchased with my son for his start up HVAC business.

Ten star rating, for sure!

If I could give this place a perfect 10, I would! The buying process was smooth. Nick was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions right away. I purchased the car online and had it delivered. The car arrived in perfect condition, looked better than the pictures. Runs and drives amazing. Thank you so much to everyone at Precision.

Dealer doesn't process DMV paperwork correctly

I purchased a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this place in April 2020 during the Coronavirus pandemic. I paid to have the vehicle registered and to have all the DMV paperwork taken care of. The DMV was backed up for months which I totally understand. I was checking the status of my title and registration with NYS DMV 1-2 times per month for months. The title was updated August 2020 but the registration was and is still "pending" with DMV. The police started cracking down on registered vehicles as of 11/03/2020. Called the dealer just before that date to see if they could look into the issue. They said it was in the DMV's hands and had told me to call them. I followed up with DMV and they told me to check back each week to check the process of it. As of 12/16/2020 the registration was still "pending". I had spoken with DMV to further look into it since this is 8 months pending now. According to the DMV, the registration was never able to be completed because the dealer never submitted the rest of the paperwork to the DMV. I had to open a complaint case (VS-35) with NYS DMV in order for the dealer to complete this process correctly. This is the second vehicle I bought through them and will unfortunately be my last one. My friend just bought a Ford Explorer from this place and his paperwork was processed and he has the title and his car is registered. I have purchased and sold many vehicles privately as well thru dealerships. The registration and titling process, under normal circumstances, takes approximately 2-3 weeks. 8 months is unacceptable. Being pulled over by police countless times and almost having my vehicle impounded is unacceptable as well. I would have been better off registering my Jeep myself. I call the dealership today (12/23/2020) to make sure everything is being pushed through. They get snippy with me on the phone after I ask about the processing and then hang up on me. I call back and of course get sent to voicemail (which does happen almost all the time with this place). If you're going to buy a car from here, take care of the DMV paperwork yourself because all this dealer knows how to do is sell cars... the post sales experience and trying to get them on the phone to get answers for a service I paid for is very bad.

Bought and very happy!!

I bought a Rav 4 2003 with very low miles ...Absolutely love the car!!! Asked them to check out a few minor things like visor tipping down and they sent me to the mechanic with no hesitation also offered to wash and minor detail the car for me too...Great family business... would recommend to my 22 year old triplets when in need of a new car and will go back when I need to upgrade!!!
