Cary the service agent who helped me was very thoughtful, kind and helpful. She answered all my questions.The service was quick and I was helped right away.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We bought a used 2013 Kia Optima for our son in July 2022. We noticed the car kept losing oil. In September we took it to the Kia dealer by us and was told that it was an oil consumption problem. We were told that this was a problem with this engine and that the dealer would have known this when they sold us the car. When I called Manahawkin Kia, the manager told us we bought the car as is. So basically they sold us a $16,000, unsafe lemon, that now my 17 year old has to pay off. They should be ashamed of themselves. I would never buy another car from them again nor buy another Kia.
