Great experience with gas flap repair on my K5. Vincent, the service rep, was extremely helpful! Repairs were done in a timely manner. Car was returned clean.

First off, I will tell you that this KIA dealership is helpful and friendly. Even though, I never bought my car from there, they service it for me. They take the time to explain everything they did with the car, as well as recommended anything I needed. With that being said, that why I chose to go back to buy a car for my son. Not to mention, the dealership is close by my home. Plus, they were patient and laid back, but at the same time very helpful.

I was searching for a Kia Niro at a particular price and I finally found it at Manahawkin Kia (which is more than an hour away from me). Contacted Joe Bohner, sales person, test drove the car, discussed monthly payments and warranties for this 2018 Kia Niro and almost walked out with not buying it when management made me a deal that was too good to pass up. John from finance was also very helpful. I ended up re-financing the car with my credit union, cancelling the service contract with Manahawkin Kia and getting one with my credit union. This was all done with the help of Joe Bohner getting things done. I even had the car serviced for a rear view mirror adjustment without an appointment. After all my concerns, I found a great dealership to do business with!

Upon arrival I was greeted by Vince. He was friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain was was being done. He offered me refreshments. When work was complete he went over check list and walked me to my car. He's an excellent employee who works for an excellent dealer.

Dropped car off to have rear drivers side window replaced said it would be a little over two hours at the 3 hour mark was informed they needed to order a bracket no had to keep it. That was on a Friday called the Monday afternoon about it nobody knew what was going on and nobody called me back had to call med morning on Tuesday and they finally told me my car was fone
