Green 2006 Lexus IS350
Heres the story and as of now its on going. Purchased a Green 2006 IS350 on September 3 2016. Test drove it the Thursday before and it seemed like a good car. Backed up by a clean carfax. Drove it out of the lot and soon as I get on 167, check engine light came on. Went back to the dealership and they told me that it could be just abs sensor and they told me they would take care of me. They didnt tell me what the exact code was. They resetted the warning lights. It came back on again the following day Sunday. Texted Miguel, my salesperson on labor day and told him that I just want this to be taken cared of and a fair deal. Is that too much to ask? Drove the car off the lot and within 5-10 minutes tops check engine light comes on.......? Anyways, like I said, its on going. They want me to bring the car back tomorrow, Tuesday, day after labor day and Nick said they will take a look at it.. Why 3 stars? Well, so far, it seems like they are willing to make it right, so far. Lets hope thats the case. That could easily change either way

The service was excellent! Nike was very helpful. He is friendly and knowledgeable about the car. I definitely will recommend to my friends to buy the car from S&S auto sales. I'm very happy with my new car In fact I wouldn't buy any other cars accept a car from ss and from the sale man Nike my car had great visibility and driving is so smooth. I love my car and your loyalty thank you.

Great experience
I have thoroughly enjoyed this car buying experience. The car I decided to buy ended up having an electrical problem. The guys said they would fix the problems for me. That was a nice surprise. I expected them to tell me it was my problem to deal with. The quality of cars on their lot are a nice surprise. They are definitely a cut above the rest!

Horrible Service
I got my car with them it was a horrible experience. I would NEVER EVER recommend this dealer to anyone. They did not fix all the stuff they said. They had my car for a long time and they did not fix my car right. It was a nightmare. . I have to put in more money to fix the car. I am sooo hurt that these people don't care about the costumers they just want our money.

Jessica is the go to woman in there easy to work with and gets down to business from start to finish she's comes through in the clutch. Didn't really expect to go home with my 350z definitely the fastest and easiest dealerships I've been to. Keep it up Jessica and crew yall rock!

Buyer Beware
Day 3 of owning a car purchased from here, we took it in for an alignment. Now we have an estimated $3000 worth of repairs that need to be done, and haven't even had the alignment because it can't be done until the repairs are made. Thank you S&S for selling an unsafe car to a family with young kids and a pregnant mom! Shame on us for thinking we could trust this dealership.

Buyer Beware
I purchased my vehicle from SS Best Auto Sales in March. What started out as a simple ordeal turned into a nightmare for me. I first inquired about the vehicle by phone. I was then called about every 2-3 hours thereafter, asking for my personal information. I live in southern Oregon and traveled all the way to Auburn to look at the vehicle. Upon my arrival, I was treated with hostility from the salesman. After being assured over the phone that the vehicle was mechanically sound and gone over by a mechanic, I noticed the tail light was out, no big deal. However, I should have known better. I continued to ask questions about how mechanically sound the car was and was assured the vehicle had no stored engine codes and was completely sound. I was told they have a mechanic who checks each vehicle top to bottom including engines. After returning to Oregon with the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Turns out, the entire left side of the motor is not functioning properly due to a number of complex issues, costing me thousands of dollars to replace. Not to mention, all of my registration fees were supposed to be covered by SS Best Auto sales. Now I am finding out the reason I don't have plates 2 months later is that they never paid what they were supposed to. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership. If you do go, bring an engine code reader with you to avoid costly repairs.
