Been searching through a few of their vehicles the last couple months, as I'm looking for a particular car, and every one I've been interested in from this dealership has had previous damage, making me believe they buy damaged cars, fix them and resell them. I went to test drive one and at first sight the car was nothing like the pictures; probably 15 scratches on the outside, rips on the interior, and an extremely obvious serpentine belt problem. 5 minutes into the test drive, the check engine light came on. When I parked and then went to put the car into reverse, it wouldn't shift into reverse. During my drive back, it wouldn't shift from 2nd to 3rd. All of this was after the sales rep ensuring me numerous times that the car is in tip-top, ready to drive home shape, absolutely nothing wrong.

First time I actually enjoyed the car purchase experience. All deal points were worked out in advance via text messaging. Eddie and Guy could not be more professional or accommodating.
Drove 3 hours after working with the saleman for a couple of days on a car i thought was already in there inventory. I was going to trade in my perfect 2020 Camaro SS. We arrive to find the car has a wrap on it. (That fine) but the wrap has nicks and damage all around the car and the wheels are curbed. The salesman said it hadn't been detailed yet. I told him The wrap will need to be redone. For me to spend 50k on a 8 year old SL550 Mercedes it needs to be in nearly flawless shape. He did say they could redo the wrap for there full asking price. But honestly I had a bad taste in my mouth. It started to feel like a "pay here buy here" dealership. Not a high end car dealership. Don't tell me a car is perfect when it's not even close. I wasn't there to buy a kia Rio.

Found a lightly used A220 that I was looking for here. Though they wouldn’t negotiate on price, it was priced very competitively. They replaced the cracked windshield and reset service notice (car had been serviced). Wish they would have topped off the washer fluid while they were at it since that notification was on as well. Dealership facilities are nice but very limited customer parking on site.

Being a first time buyer is very stressful, but thanks to my excellent sales man, Kristian, I was able to get me into a car with an eased mind. He went over every detail of every car I was looking into and was able to help me get everything I was looking for in a car. He was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly professional! I would definitely say that out of all the dealerships I had went to, Kristian made it extremely easy and i’m so happy with my purchase, someone needs to give Kristian a raise!

Avery was my sales guy. He was fantastic. I bought it out of state and never physically drove it or laid eyes on it. I bought it based on all the pictures and having Avery lay his eyes on it. D&C Motors was super easy to purchase a car. Zero pressure and I had it all bought in under 15 minutes online and they even take care of the DMV paperwork filing so I just have to wait for the plates to come in the mail. I highly recommend D&C Motors.

We had been shopping around for a couple weeks for a used Q5. These guys were super easy to work with; they set up test drives for whatever we wanted and were really low key. Not sure I've ever been less pressured to buy a car at a dealership before. When we decided what we wanted, there wasn't the usual haggling or chatting with managers. They asked us what we wanted for our trade in and matched Kelly Blue Book trade in value without issue. After the purchase was complete, we noticed that an oil change was needed in a few hundred miles. They told us that their shop would contact us to complete this work on them; appointment is tomorrow. Great customer service from laid back and competent people. The entire process (start to finish) couldn't have been much more than an hour. Would definitely come back to buy a car in the future.
