Wholesale Inc. in Mt Juliet is not your average car dealership. We buy vehicles from all over the country to bring to Tennessee and sell at the auction. Well the auction is only 2 days a week. So in the mean time customers have the chance to purchase quality pre-owned vehicles at great prices before the other dealers buy them and mark them up. Dishonest

Reached out about a truck and got a quick reply explaining how they are different than a dealer. They explained their process of buying vehicles at auction with the intention of selling at the dealer auctions but for the few days in-between they try to sell local but they dont clean them up, inspect or fix anything and, quote, "our prices are SET at NADA trade in value selling them, that is how we are priced so well" Long story short I made the drive to check out the vehicle and it was decently banged up. I told the salesman that it was priced quite a bit above the clean trade-in price and he was very skeptical but said if so they'll adjust. Well they looked it up and were several thousand above clean trade-in, but changed their tune and was unwilling to make the promised change. I offered ABOVE the clean trade-in price even, and they were still unwavering. Their attitude about it was the most offensive. They basically let me know that their auction is in a week and they'll sell it at the listed price to a dealer no question (I'm doubtful but what do I know) or someone will buy it before then. I get it, they feel like the market will demand a higher price but their attitude and dishonesty about it is not ok. I would not do business with these folks - you'll be paying close to retail price for vehicles that have not been inspected, are banged up, and have no warranties.

FORD F-150

Decided to stop in and see a 2019 F-150 that was listed on cars.com. Jason was very friendly, professional, and helpful in showing the vehicle listed online, answering my questions, and being patient with me while I made my decision. They allowed me to drive the car home to try it in my garage, try in car seats, and show my wife the truck and payment options. They offered multiple financing options and made the process fairly simple and were never pushy. The two negatives I had were that I felt a bit rushed in making a decision (I was told the truck would be auctioned the next day if I didn't purchase it), and the truck didn't seem to be cleaned/detailed very well. The carpet had some type of residue stuck on it, there were footprints/dirt marks on the back of the front seat, and there was a sticky gel in the center cup holders from a food wrapper that was present during the test drive. All things considered, I am very pleased with my purchase and the experience. I would highly recommend Wholesale and Jason.

Called inquiring on Monday with cash in hand. Salesman knew nothing about the car. Said he had never seen it. Never called me back. Never followed up. Should not be advertising if you can't follow up. Pathetic sales.

I bought van 3 months ago its 2017 just find out the Ac is not working and the tires are bad this van cost me 26k. So please do not trust this place to buy a vehicle. I wish I never went to this place.

Just Stay Away

Drove a car. Liked it. Told them we'd be back the next evening after work to take car to mechanic. No problem. Called them at 4:30 and told them we were on our way. Got there. Salesman said he didn't know it was against policy to take car over night. He knew we lived 45 min. away. He knew we were on our way that evening. Then he wanted to know "what the big deal was" about taking the car to be looked at. I told him we never bought a car without our mechanic looking at it. That was a red flag I ignored. Manager said ok to take car and bring back next day. No problem. Our mechanic found out The. Car. Was. In. A. Flood. Oopsie! Never disclosed that to us. No wonder they didn't want us to take it to be looked at. Policy my foot. Just stay away.

Matt Jenkins was Fantastic!!

We have bought many cars in our day and this has by far been the best experience we have ever had. We will never go anywhere else from now on. Matt Jenkins was the best sales rep you could find. Their prices are set so no negotiating and they're FAIR. The process was fast, stress-free (the most stress free car buying ever). Could not recommend more!

This Car Dealership Did Not Honor Their Contract

They listed a Ford Expedition Max on 12-5-2019. I called within hours of the posting and was 1st in line to purchase the car. They had to wait until the car actually arrived before they could process my credit card to hold the vehicle. Another seasoned salesman called the transport driver ahead of its arrival and got the necessary documentation to process the sales before the car ever arrived. Management did NOT step in and correct this injustice. After 12 days of constant email and text communication, filling out their forms and only needing to sign off on the arrival with pictures, letting me know we were the 1st contact, a seasoned salesman sold it out from under us. Where is their honor? I left a message for the sales manager but he did not return my call.

A lot of cars are not local

Most times I inquire about a vehicle it seems the car is always at their other location(s). I mean really... I think I can find a car in this state easily enough to make it less hassle and less time consuming
