PLEASE READ: Since I live out of state, I wanted to get some info regarding the car I eventually purchased before making the trip out. I asked for pictures... of the vehicle, interior and exterior, just to make sure there was no surprises. They got back to be quick and sent me pictures of the exterior, none of the interior. When I asked about the interior, I was told that it was in great shape, after all, it is a 2018. When I got to the dealership and sat in the car, 2 big stains on the ceiling of the vehicle were obvious. Clearly, they didn't bother to look inside and rather lied about it. Not a huge deal, it didn't keep me from buying it. Suha was great to work with there and so was our salesman, Scott Frank. Actually, Scott was AWESOME. They told me I would need to pay Illinois tax and then they would reimburse me with a check so that I could pay my state tax. They told me the check would come within the next week and my title was also coming with it. I needed the title for obvious reasons as my temporary plate was only good for 30 days. As I'm leaving with my newly purchased vehicle I hoped on the interstate and immediately had a notification pop on my dash saying that I had a faulty sensor, later to find out this was going to be a $1,500 fix. The route we took on the test drive only allowed for me to get up to 50 mph. When I was going 65-70 mph on the interstate on the way back, and every time after that, my sensor would go off saying it couldn't locate the car in front of me. If Fox Valley would've taken it on the interstate and up to speed, this would be something they would have instantly found. I called them and they said they would do nothing for it. Clearly, they don’t do any sort of detailed inspections on their vehicles. I said I was going to leave a review and the owner of the dealer basically said he was going to comment back saying his side of the story and the 'truth'. So, thank you Fox Valley, you did me no favors. The people I worked with were great and friendly, but now I have a $1,500 issue with my vehicle 20 minutes after I purchased it for something that could have easily been diagnosed. Oh, and my reimbursement check for $1,300 and title that was supposed to come within a week? I had to call 3 different times to get it and they had to overnight it in the mail because they 'forgot'. I received the title and reimbursement check 1 (!!!) day before my temporary plates expired. Therefore, I had to go the DMV on a Saturday as they gave me no time.
Service was phenomenal. I arrived late and they were very patient and thorough. Found the vehicle I wanted and was in and out quickly. I have not a single... complaint.
Great place to purchase a car. I had been looking for a long time. Finally found the vehicle I wanted. I traveling from over 60 miles away and I called... to talk about availability and price. When I got the vehicle was as I saw in pictures and described. They had the Carfax online so I was able to view that before coming. The price we talked about was the price. I dealt Mike M. he was very good.

My experience was great! The service writer Frank greeted me as soon as I pulled in to the bay. Service director Mark kept me posted on the progress... of the repairs. ANY staff I encountered were courteous and friendly.
