I had a problem with a truck I bought last November. I was persistent about the issue and had problems with GMC Corporate, But in the end, Michael Castagnino General Manager finally stepped up and did his best to make things right for the customer, I am very grateful for his help!

Excellent buying experience
This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle from Fox Valley Buick-GMC and I am totally satisfied with my entire purchase experience. My salesperson was extremely patient with me and helpful in making sure I got the vehicle that I wanted. I would definitely recommend my salesperson and this dealership to family and friends. looking

Great service clean facility
My experience is always great ,when I visited there for service,the technicians is warm and friendly all the time with the customers. Great service advisors and very clean facilities!
My service advisor was Phillip Lang whom I've worked with before. He has always treated me with great respect and has always taken good care of my vehicle. I would highly recommend him!!!

Service at Fox Valley Buick/GMC
When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by name by your service representative, Phillip Lang. He took the time to go over what was needed on the vehicle and promised it with a certain time frame. Within that time frame, he took the time when it became obvious that the repairs would run over, to come up apologize and assure me that the job would be done within the next 1/2 hour or so (and it was!). While sitting in the waiting room, my salesman, Alex Katselis, walked by and he remembered me also and took time to ensure that everything was being done to my satisfaction. I've never had that kind of service from a car dealership in the past and has made me certain to recommend your dealership in the future. In the event that I need another car, Fox Valley Buick/GMC will be my first stop.

Excellent Service!
As always, my experience at Fox Valley Buick-GMC was a pleasant one. It was so nice to leave my Yukon Denali there and get a ride home and back to the dealership. Seth, kept me updated on our vehicle and my truck was washed before I drove it off the lot. I love the service at Fox Valley Buick-GMC!

Poor Like old times in the finance office.
When my Buick had 5,200 miles on the odometer, I called your service manager's office to set up service. I was informed he was busy and would call me back ASAP. Not hearing from him for 24 hours, I contacted the Buick dealer in Barrington. They immediately set me up with an appointment that day and did the service. The following day I did receive a call for an appointment, He explained he was out of town. Fox Valley Buick is still mired in the old ways of doing business. Show me you care and want my service business. I buy a new car every 4 - 5 years. Did I buy from the wrong Buick Dealer?

Great Customer Service who worked a great deal
Working with sales staff in purchase of used vehicle who was very accommodating in listening to what I needed to do with the used car, including an evaluation by my personal mechanic. They read the report and made the necessary price adjustment to allow for the repairs. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I would highly recommend them.
