I ordered an item well over two weeks ago. They shipped UPS to a PO Box. I have sent an email 5 days ago and left a voice mail today. I have heard nothing.... Piss poor service to say the least. I would like my part I ordered expedited ASAP! Order #3148727.

I cannot say enough about the experience I had at John Hiester Chevrolet-the absolute best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had! My search... began online and was drawn to this dealership initially because of competitive internet pricing. I contacted salesman Clark Godwin who thoroughly answered all my questions and made a appointment with me to test drive a car they had available. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the receptionist and Clark arrived quickly. The car I was there to see had been moved to the front and looked very clean and attractive. Clark was personable and immediately made me feel very comfortable. He was upfront and honest about the car and pricing. I decided against the first car I drove but Clark was committed to finding just the right car for me. This dealership was about 50 miles from my home, but I felt so comfortable with them that I decided they had earned my business and another trip there would be worth it. I was right, the following day, I purchased the perfect car for me! I was given a fair price for my trade-in, very competitive price for the new car and overall a great deal of respect. I was introduced to the entire service department, general manager, sales manager and even the owner-I really felt my business was appreciated! I didn't purchase a brand new car, use them to secure financing nor would I be using their dealership for service given the distance from my home, but none of those were variables, I was treated as if I were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. Highly recommend this dealership!
Was sold a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle that was backed by a "172-point inspection". They checked off a bunch of boxes without actually inspecting... anything. The cruise control didn't work, windshield wiper sprayer didn't work, and I found the previous owner's cell phone and personal belongings in the vehicle. How do I know that the engine and transmission are good if they didn't check anything else? Also their customer support was the worst. I was told that my complaint was valid but not their responsibility - "Human Error" was what they said. Philip Allen - fixed operations manager - never answered my calls about the issue either (I called ~50 times) - was always busy or out. Worst customer service and worst dealership that I have ever had to deal with. I will never buy a GM vehicle again or even recommend them.

My daughter's boyfriend saw a car online which he was interested in but could not get to the dealership until Saturday. He lives about 100 miles away.... I was asked to check the car out on Thursday afternoon which I did. I asked how long they would hold the car and was told 24 hours. Since I was there Thursday I asked if they could hold the car longer if he called that day. The salesman told me a story about holding the car longer than 24 hours would not be possible, as you know they are in thhe business of selling cars. I said I understood and would have him call Friday morning. He called at 9:30 AM and was told they would hold it. He made plans to come over, but at 4:00pm they called and told him they sold the car that day. In any case they came over anyway to look at another car. They told him that I could not make a decision on Thursday that he would definitely be there on Saturday. I told the salesman he was defintely coming, but you know, they vare in the business of selling cars. They tried to shift the blame to me.

Overcharged/No Answers and No Receipt First off I want to say that John Hiester Chevrolet in Fuqua Varina NC is the worst dealership I have ever been... too, check this story out before you go. Iam an Active Duty service member in the US Army and have been for 17 years. I just moved to the area to finish out my career, got back from Korea two months ago and wanted that retirement truck I worked so hard for. I wanted to find a dealership to call family forever, I picked the truck out and wanted it to be perfect cause it was my future retirement gift to myself in 3 years so why not add some accessories. Well the experiance I had here will haunt me as long as I have this truck and was by far the worst decision ever. Lets start with some easy things. I was told it will be complete in 3 days and took 10, I traded out factory rims and tires for upgrades and they only gave me $400 really $1600 (This is a Chevy Silverado 1500 Crewcab LTZ mind you, I had to go back for the 2nd set of keys, I had to go back cause the truck wasn’t a full tank of gas (I was told it was all ready to go and wasn’t), I was told it was ready to pick up and not all the accessories were on when I got there (bed liner) another trip, they can’t provide me a rollup or reciept for the accessories I paid for ( the guy that did it got fired or quit) was charged $6400 in accessories and come to find out they stared adding random cost on top of the labor already agreed on, I found all the GM parts from GM Website way cheaper and that leads me too the next issue, I paid $1665 for a $979 exhaust system so they marked it up almost $500, I was told by a manager it was going to be resolved that Friday well come to find out he got fired or quit, they will let you sit at the store for hours with NO answer and no one knows anything. So I wanted to post this to save everyone from my headach if they chose to treat a US Vet like this they will do it to anyone. STAY AWAY the only one that can fix this is John Hiester himself.

The service dept is a joke. There is no communication between them and definitely none with customers. They don't even reorder parts right. When they... don't know how to fix the problem they say it is normal.
Explained the issue with my car and worked diligently to resolve a complicated problem. I trust the work done here is necessary and fairly priced.
