We have always have bought our work truck from Hendrick. This time we bought local and will never again. A engine light came on and the misdiagnosed it.... They had the truck for over a week and then went in for an oil change a few days later. They did not even work on it the first day. This business is a upscale residential window cleaning with over 600 customers. The customers will be warned to stay away from this mess. Thanks for ruining the first weekend that was off since April!

I cannot say enough about the experience I had at John Hiester Chevrolet-the absolute best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had! My search... began online and was drawn to this dealership initially because of competitive internet pricing. I contacted salesman Clark Godwin who thoroughly answered all my questions and made a appointment with me to test drive a car they had available. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the receptionist and Clark arrived quickly. The car I was there to see had been moved to the front and looked very clean and attractive. Clark was personable and immediately made me feel very comfortable. He was upfront and honest about the car and pricing. I decided against the first car I drove but Clark was committed to finding just the right car for me. This dealership was about 50 miles from my home, but I felt so comfortable with them that I decided they had earned my business and another trip there would be worth it. I was right, the following day, I purchased the perfect car for me! I was given a fair price for my trade-in, very competitive price for the new car and overall a great deal of respect. I was introduced to the entire service department, general manager, sales manager and even the owner-I really felt my business was appreciated! I didn't purchase a brand new car, use them to secure financing nor would I be using their dealership for service given the distance from my home, but none of those were variables, I was treated as if I were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. Highly recommend this dealership!

I have been taking the 2017 Trax that I bought from John Hiester one year ago back for service and have no complaints. The service has been performed... in a timely manner and the service staff are great. They communicate with the customer well.

I brought a 2015 Chevy Traverse. I had a mechanic that I knew check everything before I brought it and everything checked out good. 4 days later battery... died so I had to get someone to jump it off so I could take it to my nearest AutoZone. They said the battary was bad and corroded so I replaced the it and it read the alternator was weak. So I took it to a certified Chevy mechanic he said its definitely the alternator because the battery was draining. (Battery $140 and alternator $360 all in 4 days after buying). Now fast forward a month and 20 days now a/c compressor went out (cost $300-500 getting ready to get that fixed) I personally believe their cars are horrible and they have employees or family and friends keeping their reviews so high. I have called the and no one has returned my phone call. I have read that a lot of people have called them over and over about car purchases and no one calls returns customers calls.

At the local oil change places they at least vacuum your car for you.

I took the truck in for service on December 13 2018 for oil change and rotation and to apply a driver side assist handle. Once I had got home I saw that... the handle trim piece hand been trimmed instead of tucking I behind the dash like the passenger side and the piece that was removed. Know there is a gap we’re the trim piece sits on the dash. Called Mr Phillip Allen twice , parts and service director and never received a call back to get it resolved. The sad thing is that I was going to do the install and paid 31.00 in labor to have a professional do the install. What a mistake that was.
Casey King is AMAZING!! Not only did she help me but she turly went above and beyond all she did for me 2day, had to bring my baby in that I bought from... y’all for some services and Casey was there to help and make everything a smooth process for me! She even got me something fun to “play” in while waiting for my baby to be fixed she tried find out everything possible to save me some money and was just truly an awesome and AMAZING woman!! Will be working with her from now on for any needs I have!

I ordered an item well over two weeks ago. They shipped UPS to a PO Box. I have sent an email 5 days ago and left a voice mail today. I have heard nothing.... Piss poor service to say the least. I would like my part I ordered expedited ASAP! Order #3148727.
