Beware I am a repeat customer of both buying trucks and

Beware I am a repeat customer of both buying trucks and service.Today was a game changer for me.I now a little about Chevys.I immediately knew the quote of 6500 for a transmission was grossly of target.3400.00 over several other shops who offered a few other things I asked to be done. THERE TOTAL WAS 10 GRAND FOR A 2012 Z1.I got most of the stuff they were over pricing alot less also Beware ill never go back.

They are not thorough in checking my car on 3 separate

They are not thorough in checking my car on 3 separate occasions. I have to keep pointing out to them things they should know and reminding them of things I’ve asked them to check. Communication is not good and work not thorough.

Poor communication from the service department communication from the service department. They are not thorough in checking your car. You have to tell them and then remind them what you wanted them to do and what they were supposed to be checking as well. They tell you that a problem is fixed and then you get home and you’re still having a problem..

John and staff are excellent.

John and staff are excellent. I would recommend dealing with them for all auto needs. Their service department is top notch as well.
