This is the third car that I have bought from sales consultant Vince Watts. I bought two of them in 2015, one for my Mom and one for myself. They were absolutely wonderful cars. Today I traded my 2015 for a 2024. We not only consider Vince as our sales consultant, but we now consider him a friend. Sales consultant Sasa is also excellent and helped us out on the days that Vince was off since it took us a while to decide on a purchase. Their manager Victor was also great and worked with us and our budget. Fair deal, I'll say. They all worked together as a team. Excellent showroom, excellent choices, and excellent customer service.

Jaime was one of the best salesman I've come across. He made the car buying experience a hassle free breeze. Apart from one of the salesman managers Victor. Was of the most disappointing part of this entire encounter. Does not want to listen to customers. And refuses to take accountability for poor training of salesman. Jaime was the exception. Although one good apple doesn't fix a rotten orchard.

I am that customer who asks A LOT of questions. Tavia answered all of them or found another staff member who could. The managers were patient and went out of their way to make sure addressed the concerns I had about my new-car purchase. Even when we wound up closing the deal during the busy Saturday rush, folks were calm and professional. I left a happy customer glad to have a new car that I feel was a good choice at a good price.
