The service reception area was covered and out of the...

The service reception area was covered and out of the elements and it was very clean. This is very nice and very important to me. I was met immediately and directed to the waiting area as I was having my oil changed and tires rotated. The waiting area was large and allowed for social distancing as I enjoyed a freshly brewed cup of Starbucks coffee. Anna Williams (my Service Advisor) had my truck serviced I was even able to watch the technicians as they rotated my tires and checked all my truck’s major systems for correct operation. When my service was complete (about 45 minutes) my truck was returned to me washed and cleaner that what it was when I arrived at the dealership.

Just bought a new GMC Sierra 1500. Joey McGuire a good salesman and very knowledgeable about trucks on the lot . Process of getting some ordered equipment and tags coming in the future. Further review at a later date.

Awesome teamwork = signed deal

GMC Acadia Denali

Our sales rep,Jamie, was exceptional in customer service and knowledgeable in sales. He went out of his way to assist us in buying our used GMC Acadia Denali. He was very patient with us since this was our 1st time financing. He also contacted us to make sure we made it home safely. I would recommend this car dealership if you're looking to buy a car plus they offer lifetime limited powertrain warranty on some vehicles. Thank you so much

As always Mark Norman was great. I was able to schedule the service on line , walk in and give him my keys and walk out. He knows me and my family's vehicle. He texted me early the next morning that my vehicle was ready as I just dropped it off the night before. I can't say enough good things on how Mark and the rest of the dealership treats me and my vehicles.
