LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS; Salesman Lou promised me one price on the phone and raised it several thousand when I got there. Terrible people to do business with. Never again!

My review comes years later because I originally thought I only had an issue with the auto lender, Credit Acceptance but now I realize that all of these issues began with the dealership. I originally went in and dealt with Kenneth McCallister back in 2017. Went in for a 2014 Hyundai Sonata that was advertised for about $8400. But when we got there they advised us that was the cash price and it was actually $14k....right! They told us we were financed for that amount due to the auto lender. So, due to the promptings of my ex-husband we bought the car. Welp! We got divorced and I asked them to voluntarily repossess the car in 2019 and they practically refused to until 2021. Now, I'm being sued for the balance but guess what? Theres no record of the car being repossessed AND I realize looking at the court documents that the DEALERSHIP forged contracts. I completed, and they provided me with a wet signature contract. However - it seems that one of those documents is an e-signature consent disclosure. Upon further inspection, the VIN number for the documents I signed were for a completely different car- which I looked up - clean title but was destroyed in 2023. But the car I was given and is on the contract that they forged and e-signed for us? THAT car had an accident on the title. I didnt even see that on the carfax but its listed on the title NOW.... Absolute crooks. AND another salesperson is listed on the contract the auto lender has on their contract. DO NOT buy a car from them. DO NOT trust these people! I was financed at a higher cost for a different car and then given a clunker that had to have the entire engine replaced not even 6 months later (March 2018) after it shut off on the highway on me several times. And I'm STILL getting notices of recalls needed. And of course, this lawsuit! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! And DO NOT get an auto loan with Credit Acceptance. They prey on people they KNOW cannot pay and are documented knowing that 80% of people who they do "approve" will default on their loans. Look it up!

Scammers Do not go to this low end dealership The should not be flooded cars The repo your car if you do not make any payments

Honestly I am writing this review to nicely let you know to not go buy a car from this place. They are a fraud and very negligent. They sold me a broken car and the dealership refuses to fix it. They sold me a car that wasn’t registered under my name when they had forged documents showing the car registered to me. I found out the car wasn’t registered in the Florida system after my car got towed due to it not being registered and the towing place wouldn’t let me pick up the car cause it wasn’t under my name but still registered under the dealership. That’s to name a couple of my issues with this dealership. I will not stop until they fix the car I’m stuck paying for. They barely want to take my calls when I call over there. They speak to me very rudely over there when they do answer one of my calls. The other day the finance guy hung up on my face when all I wanted was to be heard. I was talking nicely to him and a soft tone of voice so I wasn’t even being rude. I wish they had a decent human being over there to actually understand my frustration. Cause in reality why am I having so much issue with a car that I’ve literally had only for a month.

I was having trouble getting financing at another dealership, but the folks at Auto Express help me find a car that I loved. Super helpful would highly recommend.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE!!! Between my family and friends we have purchased 8 vehicles in the past 4 years from these guys. They even paid me $1,200 so far for using there WEPAY program and sending them referrals! Not only are the cars top notch but you can trade up every year! Doesn't get better than that! I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a car or even just know someone who is. I will definitely be coming back and sending my friends. It's free money, no brainer!!
