Auto Express Credit

I went to Auto Express Credit today with the advice of a friend and it’s the best thing I could have done. I found a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu that I love. I worked with Miami Todd and he was the best ever. He made my purchase so easy. Todd is the best ever.

Everyone was so nice I will be referring others to come here for a car. They make sure you the customer is happy awesome awesome!!

Finance team is so bad. They sell me the car telling me Its a done deal after over 5 hours waiting. Then the next day I come back with a copy of water bill as requested and they wouldn't let me leave with the car. After another hour waiting they tell me there is no deal anymore. Note we already changed my insurance and everything because it was a done deal. Plus I've been working very hard at repairing my credit and in two days it's destroyed again.

SCAMMERS bunch of liars from the receptionist to the very last of them employees, i can't believe they're in business, they will wine and done you once you signed those papers they won't even answer the phones when you need them, DO not buy a car from this place, you'll regret it, car fax not provided and like me i find out my car was in two accidents and now im paying the price..

I have been to several dealerships in the past week who could not finance me a car. One of the salesmen that helped me at a dealer was very unprofessional and unorganized. I contacted manage Hugo at Auto Express Credit, explained my situation and he told me to come in and I will leave with a car. KC was my salesman and he greeted me and my family, He was very patient with me and remained professional , He did all that he could to ensure that I was happy. I ended up financing a 2015 Kia Rio, I am super happy. This is my number 1 auto dealer they help people who are down and in need I will be back soon and will tell everyone about them!!!

I love this place they were AMAZING!! They really got me done with $850.00 . I walked in with $1,000.00 and walked out with a car. I had to bring extra to pay for insurance. My salesman Geo was amazing and the first person I spoke with Desiree never lied once. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a fresh start. It was rough for me with a repossession last month and horrible credit they took great care of me! Thank you !

I was Reluctant to go but was Not able to get approved at other dealerships due to lack of Credit. Abel and his manager took the time to explain everything to me and got me into a Nice 2014 Toyota Yaris and Approval with their Resources. Would definitely recommend to people with credit issues!!!
