On April 19th when we arrived on the lot a salsa rep

On April 19th when we arrived on the lot a salsa rep immediately approached us which was much different than a few years ago. The whole team made car buying so easy and smooth, very professional, i would definitely recommend coming here for your car buying. I love my 2022 QX 50 Infiniti.

The customer service was excellent.

The customer service was excellent. The employees were approachable, kind, and professional. The comfortable waiting area made the time go quickly. Great customer service over the phone as well.

It was a good experience overall.

It was a good experience overall. They worked in a very timely manner. This is my second Q60 from this dealership and they have kept them both serviced properly.

I came in for a oil change and ended up with over $2500 ?

Fast Service, the waiting area was quiet i was kept

Fast Service, the waiting area was quiet i was kept informed as to what was going on. Snacks and water was provided. I didn't feel pressured to get service done that i couldnt afford at that moment
