Excellent service . Our service was timely and we had good communication about the process. My car was clean when I picked it up from being serviced

The price for maintenance is way to high.

The price for maintenance is way to high. Everything is a separate charge which makes no sense plus the wait time is ridiculous, but facility is nice and clean

Pete was super knowledgeable and the purchasing process was seamless. Great team at Infiniti of Cool Springs. They went out of their way to do a remote close with us. The vehicle is amazing. Highly recommend

Everyone was very kind and attentive.

Everyone was very kind and attentive. My cars oil change was done quickly, and the waiting area was very clean and modern. Also, the coffee was good.

Trey billing?

Trey billing?s key was a great service consultant. Very informative about the car and its service needs. Everyone was very friendly, drove me to mall and picked me up. Car was serviced in a timely manner. I think Infiniti has the best service department of any dealer.
