I hate dealing with pushy salesmen, but thankfully I managed to get an easy and fast transaction with Sergi remotely. Very happy with the service and the free delivery was really helpful

Took an SUV for a ride, liked it,brought a few things up to dealer after the ride that I wanted fixed because "the price is the price". He agreed, I gave a downpayment and said i wanted my mechanic to look at it. Scheduled a return to take it and "It was on the lift" Assured it would be ready next day. It was, BUT nothing was fixed that we previously discovered and now the ac wasn't working at all. I asked for an itemized list of repairs which i did get but again NOTHING was fixed that I could see yet there was over $1,000 for repairs. When my mechanic put it on the lift he looked at it for less than 5minutes and said DO NOT BUY. They were trying to disguise several issues with the vehicle, an oil leak, ac compressor , brakes, sunroof and tailgate and driver mirror motors all not working properly. Avoid This Place before your in a lemon with a ton of future repairs. These guys are why Used Car Salesmen have that bad reputation.

Zero stars if it were possible. These guys sell lemons. Takes the whitman police in order to get your car back from these guys. Buyers beware.

Eugene was a big help as I have never ordered a car online before and he was a big help. The car arrived in pristine condition and there were no hidden issues

The financial guy and sales person appeared disengaged on wanting to talk with me. When I asked about of a particular vehicle he handed me the key and went of somewhere else. When attempted to discuss business he gave a ridiculous down payment amount and again disengaged with my questions. As a man of color I was offended by their business posture!

Quality cars and low prices - that’s the best combination. The staff is also great there. Sergi and Eugene are always there to help you. There are no pressure sales though, it’s just you and it’s only your choice. Very happy with my new Volkswagen
