Eugene was such a great help! Spending several hours making a bigger purchase you definitely want to work with someone who makes the whole experience not so miserable. The last place I looked left me alone at a desk for an almost an hour. Eugene was personable, he wasn't pushy... he actually talked to me like I was another human and not a sale, and genuinely honest. I told him I hated the whole car buying process, but he actually made it fun with conversation that wasn't stale while we waited. He was also great on the paperwork side. He fully explained everything, left me room for questions, and made everything clear and concise. I have never purchased a VW, but I will definitely do so again! and would do it here!
