I wish there were Negative star ratings! This dealership is a rip off. I traded a vehicle in to them when purchasing a vehicle from them over a year and a half ago. All Future Buyers BE AWARE of the headaches you will face.

They were pushing me to purchase a warranty in order to get a lower interest rate, at no point should you have to purchase a warranty to get a low-interest rate on a car loan.

I have had nothing but problems with Maxkar motors dealing with many different people especially Dom, being on hold for a very long time, and different answers where nobody wants to accept responsibility.

If dealerrater.com had an option for a negative rating, that's what I would give them! Worst customer service of my life! They lie to you, never call you back and promise you so many things without any results.
