Everything went well until the final paperwork was being

Everything went well until the final paperwork was being prepared. My son-in-law, who had taken off work to accompany me, became very frustrated when we sat over 3 hours waiting for it. Other than that, I was pleased with our salesperson, Sam & his patience.

Service department was wonderful.

Service department was wonderful. New car sales pricing was not even close, both trade in value and sales price of the new car.

The salesman Leal Santana was very good, he explained all

The salesman Leal Santana was very good, he explained all about the car we were looking at, took us for a drive in it, he explained all our financial questions and was very patient. When we were ready to leave with our car he helped us register on Onstar, his patience was unending. We were also helped by Sam Kamhawy who gave us good direction with the trade-in finance. We would recommend this dealer to our friends and would use this dealer again.
