Great customer care

Since I have owned Accura and Infinity vehicles, I only entrust them to be serviced at the dealership. The most recent visit was great as usual. Elizabeth and Chan displayed excellent customer care.

Service department is untrustworthy and rude

My first horrible experience after 4 years I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance work when my husband go pick my truck up they broke my driver side mirror and had the audacity to say it came in that way I suggest you take pictures of your vehicle before dropping off because the service department is not trustworthy and they were very rude to me and flat out lied and said it was broken when I brought my truck in I wouldn’t recommend my Grandbaby taking her power wheel there for maintenance 🤬

Excellent demonstration of vehicle

Mike McVay and all the staff at the dealership were very helpful. We were going to order an Escalade but the Infiniti was an excellent option and in stock. We are very pleased.

Family and Piority

Chan and Elizabeth are great assets to Infiniti of Mobile! They both are a great team and make all your needs priority! I have been to this location multiple times and feel I am part of the Infiniti family! Thanks Elizabeth and Chan for always making me feel like I am a priority.

Mr.

Mr. McVay at Mobile Infiniti dealership was wonderful. He wasn’t pushy like most sales men can be and was very patient. I called him several times looking for a certain car and he went out of his way to make sure that car was there at the dealership for me to see it in person. I didn’t get that car that day but chose another one and he was always very patient and polite and helped me find the car I really wanted and was the best fit for me. Thank you so much. I would definitely go back to Infiniti of Mobile and definitely use Mr. McVay again in the future.
