Excellent service

Jorge spend three hours with us , he give us employee discount and made sure we get the bests deal David was nice with us he explained every thing

I had the oppurtunity to work with Jeff Goldberg. He was patient worked with me regarding pricing and had patience of a saint. "No he's not new" he has worked here over 12 years. Hence why the patience. I would definitley refer friends and family to Honda service. Great Experience. FYI if your military it's a must to visit.

i didn't think this type of service existed.

let me start by saying, I'm in my forties and have never bought a new car...i was very researched, and prepared for the worst, but to my utter delight i had the best experience ever. Jorge was amazing, kept me on point..was honest about everything...and his manager gave me an even better deal than i expected...right down to the financial guy who was fighting the banks on my behalf for a better finance rate, EVERYONE at this dealership was tops. They even filled my car up with gas, and let me be an excited adult, as my first car purchase was happening, and were happy for me. The art of the deal is not lost here..real people working with you. I love this dealership and everyone there...not once was i worried, these guys are awesome old school...love love love.

Bay Ridge Volkswagen

Everyone here is super friendly and awesome! Jed and Jorge were both fantastic to work with. Jorge made sure I was comfortable with the features of my lease and was extremely helpful in getting insurance quotes for me. He is very knowledgeable and spent the better half of the day making sure I indeed was getting the best deal. My experience here was outstanding and I would certainly come back!

Best VW location in NYC

After test driving a VW Tiguan in the Staten Island VW dealership, I was 100% sold on the car. Done deal! It would've been an easy sale as I was prepared to put $8K - $10K down on purchase of an older (but new) 2012. Upon signing the contract I noticed they added on "sale insurance" for a few hundred dollars & said it was a mandatory fee as per Volkswagon & there was no way to delete it. I walked away absolutely disgusted. However, I still loved the Tiguan & tried the Bay Ridge, Brooklyn location where I met Jorge Quezada. The difference of sales professionalism, aggressiveness & friendliness was like night & day. I learned that I was lied to & VW does NOT require you to purchase "insurance for the sale". And I also learned (from unnamed employees there) that it's kind of a running joke that MANY of their customers come from walking away from the Staten Island dealership. Jorge was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, courteous & accessible as it took about 6 months to ink a deal (I delayed purchase due to an awful NYC winter). Now that I'm in my new 2014 Tiguan, I couldn't be happier with the service & deal. And I will absolutely be recommending him in particular to all of my friends & co-workers. A couple of sales guys there were typically a little too aggressive (for my taste) right off the bat, but in Jorge I found the perfect balance. I've been a professional salesman for 18 years, so I know all the tools of the trade from my own experience. And let me tell you, Jorge Quezada has "got it". Any dealership would be foolish in not doing all they could to keep him in their family.

Pleasant Experience

Just bought a CR-V and found the whole experience very pleasant. They make it as easy on the customer as possible. Hopefully owning it will be too!

Bay Ridge Volkswagen Rocks

I recently leased a new Passat SE and I just love it. I was new to the whole experience of leasing, but everything was great. The sales associate i worked with, Jorge Quezada, was terrific - professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. He spent all the time I needed to walk me through the different models, answered all my questions and then some. And when I picked up the car, he sat in it with me and explained how the various equipment worked. Dave Gokhshtein, the finance manager, was also great. The paperwork went fairly smoothly. Onr issue popped up and I only mention it to say that we resolved it quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I'm a Bay Ridge Volkswagen Fan. Monica B

BAY RIDGE HONDA RRE-OWNED

My experience with Bay ridge honda pre-owned cars was very professional, pleasent ,informative and I felt really cofortable with SAL, JEFF AND the manager PETER.I would reccomend them to anyone.

Al Hartley

I would not recommend anyone to buy a pre-owned vehicle from Al Hartley at Bay Ridge Honda. His service and assistance in buying a car was beyond poor. Al assured me over the course of 3 weeks that my car would be ready to pick up on July 3rd 2014. When arriving at the dealership that day, Al wasn't there, and I was informed that he never requested the titles for the car from Albany. I was told I would have to wait 5-7 weeks to take ownership of the car. Not only was my 4th of July weekend totally ruined, as I planned to go away with my family, I also needed a car within 2 weeks as we are moving out of Manhattan to a neighborhood where there is no public transport. Al Hartley flat out lied to me and didn't even pick up the phone to apologize for his mistake. In fact, when I confronted him about the issue a few days later, he turned the whole issue around and made me out to be in the wrong. He is not at all good at his job, definitly not trustworthy, and clearly doesn't care about potential customers or doing his job. This is not the kind of service anyone should get for wanting to buy any car, let alone a great car like Honda. Avoid him at all cost!!! I ended up buying a different car at Bay Ridge Honda from Jeff Goldberg, who did a really great job, and whom I would highly recommend buying from!

My first car

I shopped around for my first car for a while, being a recent college graduate the commitment is daunting. However; Bayridge Honda in Brooklyn was my last stop. I came in and Jeff Goldberg explained every little detail to me. His costomer service skills are excellent. Bayridge Honda simplified tthe overwhelming experience for me. I got my car and soon drove off with it, they even gave me more than what I expected. Great people! Great service! Great cars!
