This was my third Jetta lease and it was very easy and smooth.This time Jorge led me through the process which was oh so easy and pleasant.I have had a lot of nice experiences with Bay Ridge Volkswagon over the years.They have a great service dept. I chose the 2016 Jetta 140 with technology.very good gas mileage,lots of pickup and with the tech I was able to fully incorporate my iPhone into the car system. Lastly the engineering and saftey cannot be beat anywhere else at this price point.

I went to BRVW just to browse around I met Arthur a sales rep. He was very nice although at times I felt he was dismissive with me. I'll give Arthur a pass because he is expecting his first child.The general manager needs a personality tune up, but I',m sure there will be no charge. Overall Arthur was good but David is the BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!! I wasn't sure if I qualified for a loan until I met the GREAT AND MIGHTY OZ DAVID!!!!!!!!!!I HE IS A MIRACLE WORKER and should run this country! I fell in love with him and that's probably why I bought my 2014 Tiguan and I am very happy with my purchase . David is a true professional and a great customer service representative. I encountered a little trouble with the tire pressure light and took it to the dealer 2 times to fix it. It is still on so I'm not to impressed with the service.

Buying a car is one of the most unscientific methods of dealing with commerce. You have to scrape and claw to get to a true and fair number. A method that is frankly foreign to the Us model, more appropriate to a open air market in Morocco. That being said, I went to Bay Ridge VW and dealt with a different sales person and I received the run around, telling me one number then not honoring it so on and so forth- I stormed out of there. I decide to go and shop around. After shopping around and realizing that everyone was presenting themselves in a similar fashion, now understanding that this is the norm I decided to cal Bay Ridge VW back and see what would happen if i gave them a second chance- I'm glad I did! I dealt with Jorge the second time around and he was very much appreciative of the opportunity he gave me a fair price he is no xx. I highly recommend Jorge for his professionalism and his understanding that some people just don't want to sit there and think of a car buying experience as a chore. Everything went smooth throughout the entire process, even the dreaded sit down with the financial person to sign everything- this is when they try to up sell you coverages and packages. Dealing with David was super comfortable also very patient was i was weighing my options. He did not try to sway me and was helpful on suggestions on coverages that would make sense for the type of driver I am. I would definitely recommend both Jorge and David and Bayridge VW.

Shawn, our sales rep, has done an amazing job. He was always responsive, has offered us coffee any time we came in and we never had to wait. They even stayed longer, after their regular hours, to work out a great offer on our e-Golf. We highly appreciate Shawn's and David's efforts and will definitely recommend him to our friends!

First time going to this place as well as first time dealing with an actual car dealership. We knew what we wanted going in and our sales rep. Justin Harmon took care of us from start to finish. No detail was overlooked and when something small needed to be handled he was quick to make sure we were satisfied. Even when it started getting crowded we weren't neglected which is always nice considering in New York one tends to get marginalized. I definitely recommend Bay Ridge Honda and if he's available ask for Justin.

I bought my Honda CR-V from this dealership. The whole process went smoothly and very fast. The name of the sales person I worked with was Jeff Goldberg - highly professional, knowledgeable gentleman. Again, it was a pleasure!

With 1 month left on our Nissan lease, we began visiting several dealerships. Shawn was the only sales person who offered a test drive and he wouldn't discuss $$ until after. Shawn is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and goes above & beyond to make a deal. After several visits to his manager, the numbers worked. He has a no pressure style and we were very happy with our deal and him.

I met Jorge when i was looking at VW cars. He gave me 3 road tests on 3 different cars Jorge is an excellent salesman. He was cordial, professional and not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable and VW is very lucky to have him working for them. His future is bright and even though i didn't get a car from them this time, i will definitely go back and try them again. The only reason I didn't lease through Jorge, is because i leased a different brand. I would highly recommend both the dealership and Jorge specifically.
