Great dealership!!! Great customer service friendly and clean staff and environment! SHOUT OUT TO G!! BEST SALESMAN EVER VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL AND WAS NOT JUST TRYING TO MAKE SALE!! HE FOUND THE EXACT VEHICLE I WAS LOOKING FOR EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT ON THERE LOT INITIALLY!! HE FOUND IT WITH LOW MILES AND ONE OWNER, WITH A CLEAN CARFAX AND WARRANTY!!! HE CALLED AS HE SAID HE WOULD WHEN HE FOUND THE VEHICLE I WAS LOOKING FOR!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I cannot recommend this dealership enough! I originally came in without an appointment after my car broke down on a road trip, and from start to finish, the team went above and beyond for me. Cody Hendrix in service was the first to help me — he fit me in immediately, personally drove me to Enterprise for a rental, and even connected me with a sales advisor when I mentioned I might just buy a new car instead of repairing mine. That’s how I met G, the BEST sales advisor. I had never purchased a car completely on my own before, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough every step of the way. He showed me multiple options, and I fell in love with a 2021 4Runner. G truly made the experience easy and stress-free — he even came to pick me up from the rental car place the next day and spent nearly an hour outside in the heat helping me transfer all of my things from my old Jeep into my new car. That kind of dedication is rare, and I’m so grateful. Finally, Desmond in finance helped finalize everything. He was personable, patient, and made the process smooth — even when I ran into an issue with my card limit. He never made me feel rushed and walked me through everything with ease. Over 8 months to fix minor issues . I have contacted everyone I can think . Still cant speak with the general manager . My rear window is still leaking . The front of my vechicle was damaged as well . Contacted Hendricks corporate . Said general manager would get in contact with me . I was speaking with Jack Helvin but he will not reply back . Finally contacted Ram and going to take my vechicle to Mcswinney to get the rear window repaired . Which was supposed to be fixed . Going on 10 months and still having the same issues that they have been trying to repair since Dec 28th . If you want to get the runaround and have your vechicle just sit at dealership while it gets covered in pine sap . I would highly recommend them . Back-up camera,tpms module,sway-barlinks,and leaking rear window and still am having issues 9 months later . Worst experience I have ever had in the 45 years I been alive . Maybe I can finally get my vechicle fixed with another dealership .
