During my last visit there was a major lack of communication during the whole process. My vehicle was kept overnight without me even being notified. My vehicle was still there the next morning and still no phone call. I had to call at 11:00am the next day to check on my own vehicle, during that call the person who answered the phone didn't even realize my car was there. My work bag was in my car so my manager had to come in from slidell to let me on the job that night. It was a inconvenience and the service tech really didn't care enough at all. He didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I'm trying to keep doing business with Toyota, but it is not getting better. I don't know if it will ever get better at this point. If I could give y'all another 1 star review I would.

Work with Max when financing. I can’t speak on anyone else there, but we were given several options and great advice. I did my research and didn’t hear any trigger word/phrases. Felt like he was looking out for us. Thanks Max!

Leonard was great! Answered every question and was very patient. We had a late appointment but Leonard stayed the whole time and never made us feel pressured to hurry. We left very happy. Never ever would I think I’d be saying that. Thank you Leonard for being so patient and kind.
