Great except for inspection video I think they should have a checklist and if there’s a problem with something, the customer can check fix or not to fix with pricing because when I seen the inspection video, it was very hard to hear with all the noise in the background, and there was nothing showing how much it would cost to get fixed or if I could get it fixed so I have to reschedule another appointment to drop it off and have fixed what needs to be fixed other than that the service person that helps you very professional along with everyone else there

Leonard was nice and helpful . Dealership said the would beat any ones price but only matched , but then said they would give an extra -k for my trade but is was promo thru Toyota so they did not give me anything . Discussed upgraded tires but they wanted to charge me . They should have give them as part of beating the other dealerships price . Finance was not friendly and the products were not priced individually . Just making up prices as we went along . Not a good experience . My dad is looking for a vehicle , not sure I am Coming back .

The AC in our 2024 Tundra went out while we were in the middle of our 7,000 mile cross country move from Alaska to Florida. They not only got the replacement AC and labor for installation covered under warranty, but they also hooked us up with a loaner for the week they worked on our truck. Many thanks to Mr. Kendall and Mr. Tyrone for your amazing work and swiftness in getting this handled sp that we could enjoy the rest of our travels in comfort. My husband was also greatly impressed by the cleanliness of yalls bathroom. Lakeside Toyota has a wonderful service team and I'm definitely glad to have gone with Toyota.
