Had a very easy experience working with Leonard at Toyota Lakeside! Made the experience easy and smooth!

On Saturday, we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday with Service to have a complete diagnostic on the Toyota Avalon. I called yesterday to confirm and we talked about tires. I called this morning to confirm. I get to the dealership and wait 15 min for a service advisor. Service Advisor, who was completely uninterested in doing work this morning, told me he would need to keep the car for a few days. Not because of the complexity of the work, because they were backed up! They knew about this issue each time that I spoke with Service. I was EXTREMELY clear in writing and on the phone that I lived in MS but worked in NOLA. Each time I was told the car would be ready by 5:30pm. They obviously lie to get you there. To top it off, I lost $17.96 on the Uber I had waiting to take me to the office. Horrible! Took it Cannon Toyota today. They could teach Lakeside a lot!

I had the best experience today at Lake side Toyota. The staff is the most professional I have ever experienced. I drove from Mobile Al. Two hours away I am definitely purchasing my future vehicles from Leonard at lake side Toyota in my future. Thanks again.

Great except for inspection video I think they should have a checklist and if there’s a problem with something, the customer can check fix or not to fix with pricing because when I seen the inspection video, it was very hard to hear with all the noise in the background, and there was nothing showing how much it would cost to get fixed or if I could get it fixed so I have to reschedule another appointment to drop it off and have fixed what needs to be fixed other than that the service person that helps you very professional along with everyone else there
