Went in for oil change and maintenance, had an awesome experience with Ben Lau, he was in constant contact and never once did I try and get a hold of someone and wasn't able to. Most places you have to call 6-7 times before they answer. Super responsive, helpful, and explained things in a way most people can understand. Great job and hopefully if needed I can come back to this service dept! Audi, International group, and Ben Lau - 5 stars, 10/10. I felt like this is the way service should be.

I called and spoke to Wendy and told her I would buy the car at the internet price. She failed to follow up with loan rates (to see if they could beat the rate I had already secured) and while I waited on her someone else bought the car 6 hours later. Her manager defended her. I would not recommend this dealership.

Internet Purchase of a CPO Audi A7 (almost)
Contacted Audi Orland Park regarding the availability of CPO 2018 A7. The car is gorgeous! This was Monday and confirmed the car was available. I live 4½ hours away and asked if the vehicle can be delivered. Was assured this was no problem. Had a question if the vehicle had the cold weather package. Sales confirmed that it did indeed have the package, On Tuesday I asked for credit app to be forwarded. It was filled out that night and returned app that evening via email (my credit score is excellent if wondering). Not hearing anything on Wednesday during the day, Wednesday night I inquired about the status of my credit app. On Thursday we clarified financing terms, and I might consider trading in my A6. Later on Thursday I received a one page document with financing detail signed with management approval, but no interest rate listed. I had 4 more questions that were submitted Thursday night and received a prompt answer on all of them Friday morning. I was asked to put $1000 down to hold the vehicle which I promptly did Friday morning. This car is gorgeous! I am buying this car. Right? WRONG! I received an email from my Audi consultant at about 1pm to call him when I have a moment. I called my Audi consultant and he is stammering about me purchasing the vehicle. He tells me his sales manager doesn't want to leave the vehicle "out there" because the demand is high for this vehicle. I reiterated that I AM buying this vehicle, filled out the credit app and put $1000 down to hold the car. He tells me because I might have a trade in that his sales manager is not comfortable with a trade in. He says I have to sign the documents tonight. I asked my consultant what is going on here because this doesn't sound right (up to 3 hours ago communication was fine). I reviewed the facts with him again and reiterated that I AM BUYING THE CAR! Remember I live over 4 hours away and asked again what the cost is to deliver the car to where I live. I was told $250 and asked him to confirm that number while I was on hold. He comes back to me and says his sales manager isn't comfortable about the deal and possible trade in. Again, I ask my Audi consultant for some advice since this conversation just "doesn't sound right." I finally said, "ok, send me the documents and sign them tonight. You'll have them in the morning." He stammers some more and says that he cannot do that SINCE THE CAR HAS JUST BEEN SOLD TO A BUYER FROM INDIANA! HE SHOWED UP. So does Audi Orland Park work multiple deals on the same vehicle? Was I the backup deal if the buyer didn't physically show up for this purchase? Couldn't get any answers. Ironically, there was a 2017 A7 for purchase but nothing was said to me about that vehicle. You really have to wonder how other demographic customers of different demographics are treated. I don't know how things are on the new car side, but the used car side isn't worth your time.

IA Orland Park: As evidenced by the 4+ past years, thank you and your teams for the great and consistent service, repair, and 'MULTI-POINT INSPECTION' {unexpected this visit although greatly appreciated} as well as your consistent and considerate pick-up and delivery accommodations not only in the past but to and through this pandemic as well. My A6 performs as it did new the day I purchased it; this statement being quite profound as I have had experience with most sport, luxury, and comparable cars in my 50+ years of driving. Your entire group is second to none. Again, thank you and all the dealership teams for yet another competent visit that was extremely well done in all respects. You are "Simply The Best".

Poor service
Poor customer service, difficult to contact staff and multiple phone transfers, rude manager- doesn’t want to hear what you have to say/indirectly tells you you are talking too much, false and inappropriate service fees. Don’ waste your time here.

Great team with excellent customer service. I have previously owned BMW/Mercedes, and most recently Audi from another local dealer. The Audi Team at Orland Park got me a great deal (beating several other competitors in the area) in the exact vehicle I wanted, and made the process of trading my old vehicles seamless. While the process of buying or leasing a new car can often be confusing and painful, Peter Mangano's team provided straightforward, excellent service. It has been my most pleasant and efficient car experience to date, and they went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I am a loyal customer from now on!

Amazing Experience!
My husband and I had researched for a long time on our next car. We decided to purchase an Audi! We haven’t bought many cars, but when we did, the experience was painful. Not today! Not only do we have an amazing car but the buying experience was AWESOME! We felt respected and welcomed! Our salesperson Cheryl is top notch, I highly recommend seeing her for your next car purchase! She’s so wonderful you’ll want to invite her over to your next family dinner!
