My experience at this dealership was amazing . Jacqueline Nowak answered all my question very fast and in detail. When i got to the dealership i was greeted by Jesse Gregurich who was very professional and willing to answer all my question. He helped me get the best deal that made sense for me . The whole process was very smooth and fast . Thank you very much Jesse . I have spent a little time with Larry Durnil that explain everything i need to know about my purchase . From Internet Sales to the actual visit to the dealership
I started my search on the Internet with a immediate response from Jacqueline who was very fast and pleasant !!! I appreciate speed! Loving my A5, thanks to Wendy Spano. There was never any pressure, I test drove the A4 and the A5 twice each. Wendy was so helpful, explaining all the fine details, and telling me to take my time. She has offered to spend some more time with me to go over anything I might need help with in my beautiful A5.

Love being back with Audi!
I had a 2001 Audi A4 and even though I bought it elsewhere and it was old and beat up, IA Orland Park Service team always treated me well like I was one of their own. They never hesitated to give me a loaner to drive and took professional care of the car. I had two other makes of cars after the A4 was scrapped, and I was so spoiled with Audi that no other cars compare. I had to come back! I was in 10 minutes before close on a Friday and driving off with a brand new Q5 the next day. Wendy didn't mess around with any haggling and gave a fair price right away. She even took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle, nav system, radio, and buttons galore. I'm so happy to be back with Audi!

Seamless Car Buying Experience and Best Deal in Midwest
Terrific car buying experience with Wendy Spano in the Certified Sales. Wendy was very professional and extremely helpful in going over finer details during the Test Drive of Audi A4. Wendy went above and beyond to offer the best opportunity in terms of pricing and value. She was very transparent and responsive during the entire process. The best part of the experience is they are extremely quick and you won't waste your time unlike other Dealerships. Wendy also demonstrated all the Car features and was very courteous to my family when we came to buy the car. My experience with Larry in the Finance department was simply outstanding. Larry offered me all the available packages, answered all my questions, and left it to me to decide. No pressure to buy a product. The best thing was the whole finance process was stress free and completed in under 10 minutes. Aud of Orland Park deserves a 5-star rating.

Broke Audi
I bought a used 2007 Audi Q7 from International Imports in Tinley Park on August 24 2015. Six days after the purchase the car needed major repairs. I call the dealer ship and told Cheryl Doman salesperson who sold me the car what had happened. On the 1st of September I took the car in for repairs. The repair costs total $1200 so far. They promise that their used cars will drive for a long time, this is not the case. I paid $17,908 for a car that lasted 6 days. After talking to the business manager and Jeff Bass the general manager both of them said there is nothing they can or will do. International Imports are hiding behind the "as is" law and selling crappy vehicles to the public.
