My purchase was a 2006 BMW Z4. Buying a German sports car that old is a very risky proposition, but using a trusted dealership like Auto Haus of Fort Myers makes a huge difference. The car was fully reconditioned, which seems to be extremely rare these days. They even reported the brake, suspension, and other work they did to Carfax, and they provided the Carfax report for free directly on their web site. I visited half a dozen other dealerships before going to Auto Haus. I was so disappointed with the others that I almost gave up on my search, but the great reviews I had read and heard convinced me to give Auto Haus a try. I experienced none of the issues I had with the other dealerships. I was comfortable with the Auto Haus team from the minute I walked in the door. This was the opposite experience that I had at all but one of the other dealerships I visited previously. The vehicle was in immaculate shape, particularly for a 14 year-old car. There was no pressure during the test drive or after, and everyone I dealt with was understanding as I took time to contemplate such a significant purchase. I did not finance the car, but the purchase process went as smoothly as I could imagine. The value I got for what I paid was excellent. The amount of reconditioning that Auto Haus did saved me a substantial amount of money after the sale. I looked at comparable cars that had a slightly lower advertised price, but they all would have required thousands of dollars to recondition fully. The dealers also had various add-on fees, which Auto Haus does not. I have had my Z4 for over three months and about 2,000 miles at the time of this review, and I have had no issues. It drives like it is new. However, I did have the opportunity to gauge the responsiveness of the Auto Haus team after the sale. I had my car delivered to my home about 400 miles from the dealership, and they made all of the arrangements. They were extremely good at keeping me apprised of the delivery status and responded to all of my inquiries immediately. The delivery service they used was excellent, as well. In any review I write, I normally include at least one critical remark for full transparency. I honestly have no complaints about my experience with Auto Haus. The experience at the dealership was wonderful, and, three months later, I am still amazed by the car every time I drive it.

Meyers, I realized that this dealership deals in nothing less than the best in late model convertibles. The sales process was extremely smooth, and every question was followed by an honest answer. The paperwork portion was handled efficiently and the vehicle was shipped without delay. Upon arrival, everything was exactly as represented, if not better. I shopped online and spoke to Michael prior to my traveling an hour plus to view the vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle was everything Michael said it was and I was able to drive it home that day.
