If you’re like me, the idea of walking into a car dealership to purchase a used car can cause a lot of anxiety and bad thoughts. Pushy salespeople, dealership fees, overpriced cars, never-ending negotiating and low offers for your trade. Well it’s not like that at Auto Haus, in Fort Myers. I called Auto Haus after seeing a couple of really nice Mercedes E350 sedans online. I had no intention of actually going to the showroom that day but after talking with Michael, the owner, for about five minutes, I was actually eager to see the cars in person. He offered me a very fair price for my trade-in. It was far above the best offer I had received from other dealers. Once he looked over my car in person he stood by his original trade-in offer and showed me a couple of his E350 cars. I didn’t feel pressured to buy, he just explained the value and options of each car and after test driving a couple, I had found my car. I thanked him for his time and went home to figure out my finances to make sure I could afford the car. Their website says “Reasonable Offers Accepted” and I went in the next morning and presented a reasonable offer on a beautiful, 2016, E350 in Indigo Blue. After maybe five minutes of discussion with Michael we settled on a price just a couple hundred dollars above my offer and I was thrilled. I felt like I got a really great deal and the numbers I see online at other dealerships back me up. All of the staff at Auto Haus bent over backwards to make my buying experience excellent. Tim went with me on my test drives to answer questions and point out the features of each car. He also handled calling my insurance company and much of the paperwork. Tom got me a better financing deal than my own bank which really surprised me and it also allowed me to drive my beautiful new car home that day. The bottom line, Auto Haus is not your typical used car dealership. They are exceptional, they are friendly and they made me feel like I was their only customer. If you are in the market for a high-end used car I highly recommend you stop into their showroom. Almost forgot, while I was signing all the paperwork and grabbing stuff out of my old car, Auto Haus was filling my new car with premium gasoline and cleaning the car to showroom new. I left Auto Haus with a shiny, clean car, a full tank of gas and a very big smile! Dave

The buying experience was very positive. Michael was extremely easy to work with. He backed up every word he told me and did all the repairs to the car that he said he would to make the used car like new. The price was reasonable. His associate Tim was very helpful with the paperwork, making it very easy. All around a very pleasant experience.

Could not have been more enjoyable. Tim was very helpful and took me on my test drive. Answered all my questions and concerns. When we returned to Auto Haus, there was no haggling. Went straight to the boss. Michael was very flexible. Actually named my price and got it!!! (Maybe I should have went lower) :-) The process, starting with seeing the boss till I left with the vehicle, was under an hour. Most of that time was waiting for the car as it was being detailed. Would highly recommend. Actually sat and laughed with all the salesman there!!! A very enjoyable experience!!!
