They closed down. Never sent me my title or my plates. Come to find out.. my car is still register to the previous owner so now I have expired tags, a car I can't drive, and screwed out if a lot of money. They should be in jail.

No Hassle Buying Experience
I have purchased 2 used BMWs from DAG over the past 5 years. No hassle, fair price, awesome vehicles with 55-57k miles on them. David followed up on all parts of the sale as expected. I am sorry they are closed. I have recommended them to several friends.

Liars.
Liars. Cheaters. Scammers. That's what you're going to find at Delta Autogroup. David Calles and Josh Griffin will literally say or do anything to get you to buy a car, then not deliver on their promises. They are led by the head shyster, Amir M. Farag, who is the CEO (lol) of Sahara One Inc. that technically owns the dealership. Their Texas DMV dealer license (#P116129) shows they have had 13 cases filed against them resulting in 2 warnings, 8 Cease and Desist orders, and $2,500.00 in fines (total for 3 cases). You can add 1 more for the complaint I am preparing to file. Frankly, I don't know how these individuals can look at themselves in the mirror each morning knowing how they treat honest people just trying to find safe, reliable transportation. But mine is not to judge. I'll take comfort in knowing one day they will stand before their maker and have to try to explain their behavior. If you look hard enough, you can still find an honest car dealer. You just won't find one at Delta Autogroup.

We experienced great service over the phone and in the dealership in person. We live in San Antonio and found the car over the internet and drove to Farmers Branch to pick it up. This car purchased replaces a 2009 Town Car that was totaled in an accident. Although being 4 yrs older, it has 17000 less miles on it and is in a little better condition. This place was great! The salesman took me right to the vehicle I called about. The Jeep was just as described. The owner came out to make sure the car was to my liking, and that everything was perfect for the car. Before I left they changed the oil and replaced a tire that had a leak. The transaction went super smooth. Will be back

TERRIBLE
Terrible communication. They will lead you on and agree on a price then raise the price on the car after an error on their end. Terrible costumer service and awful sales reps. Do not recommend.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION
I wish I could give this place a negative star!! Purchased my vehicle on 2/6/21. Less than 6 hours later, the check engine light popped on and the front headlight went out. I called the young man who sold me the vehicle. He advised me to return it that day. Of course, it was an hour away from there closing time and I was in Mansfield, TX. Which would have made it impossible for me to get there in time. We agreed I would return the vehicle on the next business day (Monday) 2/8. I returned the car on Monday shortly after there opening time which was around 10:30AM. Later that day, I called to request an update of course I was advised the car was just dropped off moments before the call which was 6 hours or so later. I was promised a call back first thing the next morning. It did not happen!! I literally called the salesman David everyday for 3 days and he did not have an answer on what was wrong with my car or when it would be repaired. I ended up picking the vehicle as I believe the company was full of crap. I called my bank to confirm if the check was cashed and I was advised Delta Auto Group received the funds. I'm not surprised by far that there funds were processed and till this day my check engine light remain 10 days later. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU PLAN TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR REPAIRS. I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM WITH THE BBB.

2013 ml350
Drove from Louisiana to by the white 2013 Ml350. Got to Louisiana truck wouldn't start. After going back and forth with the owner he agreed to repair. After having to load the same truck on a trailer and driving 10hrs total on a Friday night in the rain I decided this was not the truck for my wife. We voided the deal and moved on. I would only say one thing BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Drove from Louisiana to by the white 2013 Ml350. Got to Louisiana truck wouldn't start. After going back and forth with the owner he agreed to repair. Worst Dealership—-AVOID at ALL COSTS
I hope I can save as many people as possible from the torment Delta Auto Group causes. I bought from out of state. I traveled there based on promises made to me. They say they only sell good vehicles. I didn’t even make it home to Oklahoma before this car started falling apart. They sell total lemons. They will also lie to your face. I was promised a vehicle part(a tail light was busted out). They said they would have it fixed upon my arrival to the dealership. Not only was it not fixed, I waited one month for the part and now they say I am responsible for paying to fix it. Totally unprofessional staff. I’ve had to make multiple calls just wasting time. I still do not have a title either. Please DO NOT let any family members you care about shop from here.
