I hope I can save as many people as possible from the torment Delta Auto Group causes. I bought from out of state. I traveled there based on promises made... to me. They say they only sell good vehicles. I didn’t even make it home to Oklahoma before this car started falling apart. They sell total lemons. They will also lie to your face. I was promised a vehicle part(a tail light was busted out). They said they would have it fixed upon my arrival to the dealership. Not only was it not fixed, I waited one month for the part and now they say I am responsible for paying to fix it. Totally unprofessional staff. I’ve had to make multiple calls just wasting time. I still do not have a title either. Please DO NOT let any family members you care about shop from here.
I traded in a car on 8/29/19 to delta auto group. They have still not paid off that trade in more than four months later. It was marked sold on their website... even sometime ago. They won’t return my calls. Have told me the owner just needs to write the check. Now my calls aren’t going through and Honda Financial shows me late in payments so it’s hurting my credit. So I still owe on a car they have sold. Please fix this Delta. How long can you legally not pay off a trade in?
This has been the smoothest, most comfortable car-buying experince ever! Everyone at Delta Auto was friendly and very accomodating. There was no pressure... at all (unlike most car dealerships). I bought a beautiful BMW X3!! Definetely recommend! Thank you Delta Auto Group!!
Got a fine car but team is disorganized and surprisingly not that knowledgeable about cars. They lost first set of inspection paperwork (after claiming... it had failed and then claiming that it never been inspected...both of these were untrue as we were there for the initial inspection) so we had to get the temporary plates extended and go back for a second inspection. This issue took an unreasonable number of phone calls and emails to resolve. Also, they sold us a car with only one key fob. To resolve this they tried to send me to a sketchy person who can "duplicate key fobs inexpensively", however this person could not do this because Volvo key fobs can only be duplicated by a dealer. They also insist that two key fobs were not standard equipment with this car, when the car's manual and computer shows that it came with two. We've exchanged over a dozen emails on the key topic, wherein they keep offering to help but really are just stalling and providing no solution. The cost of they fob was $381. I asked them to split the cost and they would not. While they certainly didn't owe us this since we didn't factor the missing key fob into our purchase, it would have been the nice and the right thing to do in light of how important this piece of equipment is and after what we went through with the inspection. For $190 they could have made things right and they opted not to. Why would we ever recommend them or go here again.
Bought a car here 2 months ago still no title or registration have been received ,called 9 times so far, all they have are excuses ,so now my daughter... is driving a car with expired temporary tags and we have no title.
I would not recommend this dealership because I bought an extended warranty from them and then cancelled it within the cancellation period. They have not... refunded my purchase after over 90 days. I have called the manager, Adrian several times, and he promised to give me my money back but never did. Now we're probably going to have to go to court.
What a great experience I had looking at one of their cars. There was no pressure to buy-buy-buy, and the salesperson’s knowledge of the car that I was... interested in AND all of their other cars was quite impressive. I’m on the fence about making my next purchase, since my current car is much loved by me; but when I do make a purchase, I hope to deal with Delta Autogroup.
They were a pleasure to work with. My son came in and looked at the car, confirmed he liked it and I came in after. They deal nicely with both myself and... my 21 year old son. They answered all our questions and were very pleasant. And as an extra treat - they found the second key and gave it to us, even though they had said there was only one. We hope to do business together again in the future.
This was literally the easiest experience I had buying a car. Larry is a straight shooter and got me the deal I wanted. I was in and out in less than an... hour and a half! Love my new (used) Mini Cooper!
We drove from Houston for 5+hours to see a car we saw on their website. Got there and spent 5 mins with a salesperson and was kicked out because he thinks... we can't afford their 25k car. My husband and I own a 50k and a 75k cars. Since we didn't dress flashy or wearing big blings, they didn't even want to talk to us. We like the car and ask if they can negotiate on price, he said "well, if you can't afford it then we can't do anything for you!" Before we can say anything, he got up and told us "have a great trip back" sarcastically. Another salesperson on our way out asked why didn't we buy the car, we explained the situation. He just laughed and rolled him eyes said "it is what it is. Just go somewhere else!" We have bought 5+ cars in the past and have never dealt with any dealer that is so disrespectful. They will only work with "rich looking" people. If you look poor(even though you are not", they treat you like you a bag of trash. I can't trust buying cars from those people.
