BE VERY CAREFUL
Be sure you have car thoroughly inspected. They claim to search far and wide to find quality low mileage cars. They may do that but the one I purchased, once home was found to have some pretty serious issues that they had to have known about. The instrument cluster had been changed out...so I have no idea how many miles are on it. It had also been in a small accident that set off the airbag. To fix it, someone ripped out the airbag light from the new cluster which then renders the entire airbag system useless...it will not deploy according to my mechanic. I have been very nice to them and fair to fix it since they advertised it with airbag and other items like cruise that dont work because of the non matching instrument cluster. They now wont return any calls or do anything and I believe I gave them very fair options

Not Happy
After I purchased the car the service was terrible. The communication dropped, he didn't let us know when the car was being picked up, Upon delivery of the car, the motor oil needed changing, a bottle of purple cleaning fluid was left on floor mat leaking on the carpet causing a stain, and the spare key was never delivered as promised after repeated requests for it. I've never had such poor service in purchasing a car.

unsatisfiled
I felt the reply to my first e-mail was very generic. The e-mail told me to check the web site and to visit the dealership. Cars. com is nation wide so it's assuming a lot to think that I'm close enough to visit. Secondily, don't assume that I haven't viewed 'the dealership' website and thourougly checked the pictures that 'the dealership' posted. All following e-mails were less than acceptable. When I called the dealership directly to speak to a "manager", the response I received was also unacceptable. I was wanting to buy a car more than they were wanting to sell me a car. I am from out of state. It would not be the first time that I have traveled a long distance to purchase a car. I had already checked into flights. In closing, the whole process was unacceptable making a trip to Texas unlikely for any future car purchases.

DO NOT BUY- POOR CARS AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Once the check clears, you are 100% on your own. I purchsed a used BMW from them and the salesman assured me that all their cars are inspected for safety and are ready to go. After a test drive and some talking, we agreed on a deal and I took the car. Within the first week, the car broke down twice on me for different reasons and each required a tow to a mechanic. Once the car was at the mechainc I was informed/shown that one of the rear tires was so badly worn that the metal cords were showing in several places and the tire was ready to fall apart at any moment. I documented all bills for services and tows, sent pictures of the tire, and got in contact with the manager as soon as possible. He told me he would have to discuss it with the owner to make a decision. I called, and called, and called to get a response...nothing. I was willing to talk and work something out with the owner but I was just ignored and pushed aside. This went on for months and still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM DELTA AUTO GROUP!!!!!!! They sell problem cars and will absolutly not service the sale. You will have problems, and you will get no where with them. You will be stuck with a lot of service bills right away!!!! Again, dont be tempted by their inventory. Save yourself the headache and keep looking at other dealers.

You better have ANY car checked out before you buy
I'm glad a few people have not had any problems yet, my guess is they will soon and depending on what type of car you buy. We bought a Range Rover Sport and from day one it has been a disaster! Yes the buying process was slick and easy and the financing across the street with Matt Benowitz was awesome I highly recommend him! The owner, Amir stood in the parking lot and told us he guarantees all his cars for the first 3 months, but one week after purchase when the air wasn't blowing cold, driver's side windshield wiper wasn't working and the stabilization light was coming on- we were hearing that you bought the car "as is" and others things will break as well. The air and wiper were fixed and the light turned off, but the car has continued to make this noise and was probably the reason the light was on. Finally took it in to Range Rover and Robert at Autobahn said you should take this back where you got it and return it. Come to find out that the rear and front differential need to be replaced, the struts are blown and the front wheel needs new ball bearing for a grand total of 7,700 hundred dollars! So now I have a 24,000 dollar car that I purchased and wi repairs is a 32,000 dollar car. My husband and I have called and left messages for Amir and he doesn't call back. I even went down there and sat and waited and he never showed. Basically we are being blown off and have no recourse due to the "as is" piece of paper we signed. A reputable dealership would obviously agree to pay for the repairs, negotiate a differs rent price for the car or split the repairs which my husband even requested. We have heard nothing from Delta Auto Group. My husband and I are in sales and love to refer companies we come in contact with that have great customer service but we are really unhappy and dissatisfied with the way this has been handled. I would even give Delta Auto Group the benefit of the doubt that they did not know anything was wrong with the vehicle but they should make repairs in order to make it right with us and so we will be happy with our purchase. We were told that all the cars were checked and if so then these things would have been found.

Problems from day one!
I bought a car from these guys one year ago (literally). From day one the left tail light alert was on from day one. Come to find out, the left tail was for a lesser trim of the car. I called Mike about and for 2wks he says, "Let me inform my boss about what's going." Another 2wks to order. I had to keep calling back when the light has been in their possession for 3 days before I got the OK to come in. Minutes to install and it worked fine for all of 2 days. A month of hassle and struggle for a tail light and the left tail light alert stayed on with the new correct tail light on the vehicle. Come to find out the switch that powers the tail has a burnt out prong that no longer carries an electric current ($463). Spring hit and my air condition doesn't work. Dead compressor/major leak ($1107). Mechanic did a courtesy look over the car because of the long lasting relationship I had with the shop and I have 11 items that are in major need of repair. Leaks everywhere (but doesn't show in its parking spot and drips on other parts under the hood), car hasn't had a wheel alignment in forever, oil leak leaking on vacuum engine pump ($1300). I refuse to deal with the horrible aspect of their customer service from one guy, who could care less. The struggle would have been endless. This happened in a 6 month time frame from date of purchase. Mechanic said, "With this level of problems, I'm surprised the car is still running smoothly." Thanks for the superb engineering Audi in withstanding the lack of when it comes to those who don't maintain their vehicles (previous owner) and proper inspection before sales (Delta Auto Group). No problems since. Note: Had the car inspected before purchase with no problems. Now looking to add a BMW 535i to my garage and I will not be looking at this dealership.
