My fiance and I are from Louisiana and we cam and to Delta Auto Group to purchase a 2010 Mercedes GLK 350. Jesse was extremely kind and helpful towards us. Any questions we asked, he answered. He offered us very knowledgeable information to make sure that we were protected if any potential issues could occur. We highly recommend Delta Auto Group!

Great Job Steve and Jesse! What a hassle free experience. I was looking for used cars online. Came across the car I liked, viewed it on the dealership website. I made an offer and Steve wrote me back in under an hour. Steve provide extra pictures, Carfax, and basically anything I asked for in a timely manner. We agreed on offer price and I flew to Dallas and had a Pre-Purchase Inspection completed at the local manufactures dealership. After the inspection and having the comfort of having the manufacture look over the car in detail and tell me it was a good car, I took Steve and Jesse a check. Jesse had the paperwork done in around 10 minutes and I was out the door. These guys are great and even helped me find a place to eat dinner. Steve and Jesse went above and beyond during the entire process and even found a second key for the vehicle! Thank you Steve and Jesse and I look forward to coming back for another purchase!

Check these vehicles out very carefully. Looked at a vehicle there and had two different tires on the vehicle. No big deal. Looked closer two different sizes. Inquired staff brought it up to owner. The owner said rather Rudely, there staggered wheels. I laughed at trying to snow the snowman. I have had over twenty years being a supplier to the auto industry. Will say or promise anything for the sales. You own your own after the sale.

Steve and Jesse provided us with a truly hassle-free buying experience. Fair trade-in value. They were very upfront and honest over the phone. We were able to buy the car sight unseen over the phone based on photos and their descriptions. When we arrived for the test drive, everything was as said. They were both honest.They welcomed our dog into their offices when we closed the deal.They are passionate about cars.

We purchased the BMW 3 series for our college daughter after test driving BMW's at several locations. Delta's prices are already low for the quality of vehicles they offer (we wanted luxury at an affordable price ) . Steve was professional and fair, we never felt pressured, in fact they allowed us to drive as many vehicles I needed to without once trying to sell me on any particular one. We appreciated the no-pressure sales approach. Jesse got us financed quickly and we so appreciate his gentle and wise advice on purchasing an extended warranty on any vehicle we purchase used whether we purchased from Delta or not. No, our "used" vehicle was not perfect but it will be fixed under warranty and that Peace of mind was well worth the purchase ! We are now looking for a second car and we would purchase again from Delta no question . Job well done guys !

Just purchased 2005 XJ8, sales person Steve Salerno was very straight forward in answers about the XJ8, did not feel like he was ever holding anything back about the car. This may not sound like much but I live about 60 driving miles from dealership and was not like I could drop in any time. My overall experience with the dealership and Steve was above great, never felt pressured or uncomfortable at all while I was there, the other staff were also great, considering my drive time to dealership and everything took less than 3 and 1/2 hours. Again let me say thanks to everyone there and especially Steve for the help and speed with which they took care of me with the purchase of the XJ8. Again, Thanks.....

The worst service I ever had. Will not recommend to any one.

This is one of many internet dealers, and as such you should expect to get a great car at a great price. Don't expect five star dealership service or facilities, that's not what they are about, and you are not paying for that waste. This is for people that know cars, and are comfortable making the decision on their own. You won't be pressured, but you also won't be hand-held. The car is offered for sale at a very competitive price, drive it and make the decision for yourself. If you know what to look for (and what to look out for) you won't go wrong. Don't expect smooth sales people or after sale service, this place is about volume. But if you know what you want and how to screen for lemons, you won't find a better deal anywhere. If you want the fluff, go to a dealer and pay extra for it. Steve was helpful enough and very pleasant, but ultimately it's a transactional car dealer not a relational one. But for the price I'll be back! It's like shopping at Costco.

Hi , I found these guys on line , i was kinddaa Hmmm ... cause i always dealt with big dealerships , let me tell you ,, this was a great experience , Steve took good care of me and i am finally driving my Rover at a very fair price... THANKS again
