I was searching for a certified pre owned car on the internet and came across a beautiful 2017 RX 350 with low miles at Lexus of New Orleans. I contacted Lexus right away and Shelli Ali, my sales person, responded promptly. I went in to see the car and was very well treated. Shelli was very Knowledgeable about the car and was so sweet and friendly, she made me feel very at ease with the whole buying experience. On 10/9/18 I went home with the RX 350 that I wanted. Shelli really took care of me and I love the car! I will definitely recommend Lexus of New Orleans and Shelli Ali to all my friends and family.

From the time I first walked in to the next day walking out with my brand new 2019 Lexus, my experience was first class luxury. The building is beautiful and everyone was friendly and warm which I cannot say the same for other dealerships. Jonatan Rodriguez was my sales person and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient. He was able to ease my fears and answer my million questions. When I was going through negotiations he heard me complain about the hike in my insurance premium so he had the on site Allstate agent, Eppy, call me and they saved me $1000 a year!! Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a used car from Lexus of New Orleans. Bo was our sales consultant. I would highly recommend this dealership! They were very helpful and do not try to pressure you into a deal.
