Great service

Rocky did a great job !! Service was great timely matter for repair . Kept me informed throughout the process . Called me promptly when my vehicle was completed. Met me at the cashier and explained all my repairs .

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY WILL DESTROY I

The worst experience of my life!! I am out of 1k and my vehicle has been destroyed by the dealership. I have a 2014 Dodge Durango that I brought in due to the vehicle not starting. My vehicle was taken apart and not put back together. I was told to either pay 6k or find another shop that could do the work. Which was next to impossible bc NO mechanic wants to work behind the sloppy and unprofessional work that the mechanic named Bob at Freedom Dodge in Duncanville, TX did to the vehicle. When i picked my vehicle back up it was in pieces with engine bolts missing and the brand new spark plugs and coil packs that had been put on prior to the vehicle arriving were stolen. Finally after finding a shop that can repair the vehicle the shop foreman BY THE NAME OF TERRY has yet to come talk out to talk to me about the vehicle after waiting for 2 hours.

Very thorough. Service completed as promised. Price did not go over the estimated cost. I was not pressured into service or items I did not need.

Great service

I could take my vehicles to any of the 100s of dealership in the DFW area But I choose to bring them to FREEDOM DODGE because of "Rocky" Tim and Thomas in the service drive for there great customer service...there NEW CAR department is amazing as well

Mike Forbes expertise and knowledge of the inventory and Didge products is outstanding. That’s why I keep coming back. Very nice and polite young man and appearance is great as well.
