After a good experience with my Jetta lease I decided to get another so I went to Jack Daniels VW instead of the other VW dealership I got my Jetta the first time due to distance - this is one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Jack Daniels VW is the reason why car dealerships have a bad reputation. My salesperson Ricky and his managers were very rude, unprofessional, and engaged in highly deceiving sales tactics. We agreed to a price and took insurance off my car then they huddle you into a back room with another "manager" who tells you that the actual price is $50 more a month then originally agreed. The car they gave me wouldn't start after 3 months of driving it . They never gave me an inspection sticker which I got a ticket for by the police. We worked out a deal to roll over my existing payments into my new lease then I found out 6 months later that they never actually rolled in those payments into that lease leaving me with a $1000 unexpected expense. After confronting Ricky and his managers they played the runaround and blamed Volkswagen Credit. Ricky and the VW Jack Daniels sales team are an embarrassment to themselves and the sales profession. I highly recommend anybody looking to buy/lease a VW to go to another dealership and avoid the pain you will suffer by dealing with these people. Amir

BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR AIRBAG RECALL. THEY DID INSPECTION, APPARENTLY CHECKED COOLANT, THEY LEFT COOLANT TANK COVER OFF, ON WAY HOME, COOLANT BOILED OUT AND CAR OVERHEATED.
