Sonja was exceptional!

Sonja was exceptional! Professional and very knowledgeable! She very thorough and very helpful! The finance manager was also exceptional! She was also Professional and accommodating! This was our 2nd purchase of nissan rogue! Great atmosphere and a Professional business! Will refer customers to Nissan in Silsbee always!

Went 3x for a battery, even though it was under warranty,

Went 3x for a battery, even though it was under warranty, I still had to end up buying a new battery. Was told that it had to fail, in order for the warranty to work. Was told it kept passing, but when I brought the battery the paperwork said something completely different.

Waiting two hours for an oil change is unacceptable.

Waiting two hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I was told it was not a wait time when I drove up. This has happened twice. Don’t think I’ll be back for an oil change
