Been over 30 days still no paperwork on my vehicle no extended warranty paperwork no payment book and they didnot take out tenn tax so now i have to pay over 900 to get my tag

They started out ok with lots of information and then all of a sudden I couldn't hear from them. They knew that I was out of state and would not be able to view the car, but they stalled in showing me pics of the car so after many days I purchased a similar vehicle from another dealer. Poor customer service.

I am in process of purchasing from this dealership. So far the owner has personally assisted me on my two visits. I live in Biloxi, MS so it's an hour and a half drive to the dealership. My salesperson, Josiah, is a great guy who is extremely helpful. My SL500 is having the top fixed, so I will review service at a later date, but I met my friendly service tech who explained how he will perform the repair. They have my check in advance of the actual purchase. This is how much I trust this owner and dealership. Bravo!

Talked and emailed 3 different people, including the owner, and never got a straight answer on whether or not the car was available to test drive.

Tried to get a used car, everyone was nice until I got to the financial department. Waited 3 days to know something and kept getting pushed off like they were dodging giving me any information. I was recommended to go with this establishment but as unfortunate it is to say I would not recommend this place to anyone who actually wants to get a vehicle.
