From the customer waiting area to communication to the actual but lengthy service the dealership was terrific. I will not hesitate to return .

I had an excellent experience with Packey Webb. I attribute this mostly to my salesperson Nondas Karvelas. He was helpful throughout the process without... being pushy. When I asked for information, he gave it to me. He was blunt and to the point- which I like. The one thing that I always appreciate when purchasing a new vehicle, and I have purchased 28 new ones in my life, is that when you ask the salesperson a question - they can answer it without having to talk to the sales manager first before they get back to you with the answer. Nondas was able to do this. Which made the process smoother and faster. Everyone else that I dealt with at Packey Webb was also very professional and helpful.
