I went in looking for another Saab and had plenty to choose from as well as many more high-end options. I ended up getting a sweet little Mini BMW convertible special edition that I love!!! Low miles, no repairs needed, very clean. Walked in and drove off feeling excellent about my new purchase. I was even given a coupon towards my first oil change which I just had done. Quick and easy, friendly and knowledgable mechanics made the visit short and sweet with above average service. Ben is awesome! Couldn't have asked for a better experience in purchasing another car. I purchased a SUV from Tony's Auto World and had a terrific experience. They were up front with the vehicle's condition and what they had repaired on it before selling it to me. I was given a carfax report to view the cars history. I also appreciate that they have a full service repair shop and body shop. Our cars will all go here for maintenance.

My wife and I had looked for a newer, clean used car. We went through plenty of tricks and situations at other dealerships in NE Ohio. We found a great car at Tony's online, and from the first phone call to ask about the car until we signed the papers and drove it home, the entire staff was friendly, fair and helpful. While shopping for a Jeep Wrangler unlimited, I came across a few at Tony's World Auto. I had been shopping for about 6 months. I talked to Jeremy from the beginning, I told him what I was looking for and he without pressure told me to stop in when I had a chance. That was the next Saturday ,I drove one jeep and it was ok, nothing wrong just didn't feel like it was for me. I don't have the best credit so I was a little leery about even attempting to get financed. I went to another car lot and I felt pushed out of the way. Jeremy kept in contact with me about every detail. They had got in another Jeep and he contacted me right away!! I went and saw it, drove it, and told him Hey...Listen... I WANT THIS JEEP!!! Well lets just say I got my jeep for an awesome price and my experience was all around smooth and no stress.. Jeremy is the guy to see!! Thanks Jeremy for everything...Jamela!!!!

I found them on the internet and sent an email on a Tuesday. I received a call back that same day with more pictures of the Avalanche we were interested in along with the credit application. On Wednesday, I received a call that I was approved, made an appointment for Thursday morning and was driving off the lot by lunch time that same day. Jeremy Brandt was the most knowledgeable car salesman I've ever dealt with. He was pleasant and not pushy (which was a plus). The finance lady was pleasant as well and there are plenty of cars to choose from. The other reviews depict some unpleasant experiences and that's what reviews are for, but you must experience them for yourself. Ask for Jeremy, you won't be disappointed.

I can't comment on the facility but I do know I received phone calls from 2 others and never this one. I called 3 times and left voice mails and no return call.

This was hands down the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had and I've purchased many cars over the years. They told me exactly what the process would be and what they said is exactly what happened. I never thought I would say this about a car dealer but they were honest and upfront about everything and gave me a free warranty for added piece of mind. All of my friends and relatives have asked about my new car and without hesitation I've told them to go to Tonys. The general manager Kyle made a point to introduce himself to me and even gave me his personal cell phone number in the event that I need anything down the road. I also got to meet the owner Tony, what a nice guy! I will be back in a few months for my first oil change so I'll see you then guys, until then keep doing what you do!!!
