I brought a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am Se from them in the second week of November. I had set up a date to meet with the dealers since i live all the way in PA. When i got there, the guy with the Russian accent greeted me and showed me to the car. He even gave me the keys and left me with my family alone to look at the car. we noticed there was some flood damage, rust on the front of the hood, and the rear tires were dry rotted. Since i didn't know how to drive a stick yet, my dad took the car for a test drive to test the car and it passed. My dad did a power slide around a corner to see how it handled it and the russian dealer guy didn't freak, he did look like he was scared though. I paid 3700 for it. it had 80,000 miles on it. I haven't had a single problem with it, and I LEARNED TO DRIVE STICK ON THIS CAR. They definitely replaced the clutch cause it was brand new from what my dad and my uncle said ( My uncle is a diesel mechanic so). Eric kept making excuses when we asked about the rust on the seat tracks from obvious flood damage, but we saw that nothing major was wrong with it. Just in case, we got the 60 day warranty with it. Thing got weird with the paperwork since we didn't pick up the car til the following week and I had my family that lived in NJ pick it up. There was a lot of confusion and it was kinda our fault. but everything got settled quickly. I have put 6,000 miles on the car and driven it to NJ to visit my family at least 5 times and driven it to Cape Cod, MA. I have yet to have a problem. Definitely not a horrible place.

WARNING: Stay away from this dealer

If you do some research you'll find nothing but negative reviews of this dealer. I did before I bought a car from them, but I made the mistake of buying the car anyway thinking they can't possibly sell all lemons. Oh but they can,if they only buy cars at auction that nobody else wants because there are problems with them that simply can't be fixed. The owner is as unscrupulous and dishonest as any used car salesman can possibly be. When I complained about a noise coming from the rear suspension they claimed that it was only loose parts in the trunk and they would take care of it. The next time I drove the car the noise was in fact gone. I later discovered that they had actually removed $400.00 worth of rear suspension parts to eliminate the noise that was created by $90.00 bushings that had gone bad. There were many other problems with the car and many other lies they told me. Please beware.

I went to see a Jeep Grand Cherokee a little over a month ago and actually was surprised by the way I was treated here. First of all, I didn't feel any pressure into purchasing the truck. The salesman, Boris, let me look at the truck by myself without any hassle. He came out a few minutes later to see how I liked it. I had a few of the normal questions to ask. He was very polite and answered every question. I asked him if my mechanic can take a look at the truck before I bought it. Initially, he said I needed to bring my mechanic to the dealership, but then he agreed to take the truck to my mechanic! He took the truck early in the morning, way before he had to open the dealership... My mechanic went over the truck and let me know the trucks issues... which were minor. I just needed 2 tires and a drive belt. I called Boris and we came to an agreement on the price which I thought was fairly reasonable. He was not the typical salesman xxxx that I'm used to dealing with. I saw some of these post's and thought I should share my experience. I definitly recommend this place.

I bought a 1996 BMW 328is form Boris, The AC control wasn’t working. They found a replacement installed it and now all blower and AC functions correctly. Boris even gave me the original control unit when I asked for it. Minor issues with the door panel that I repaired for the cost of new pin fasteners. Interior liner was separating due to age that a bit of glue repaired, other minor things that was obvious. Other then that the car works just great. I passed NJ inspection with flying colors. I did look over the car such as oil color, patch up paint, body, engine transmission noise, making sure all the dashboard lights worked such as check engine light. I made it home and now put on 1500 miles with no issues. What I am saying look over the car as thoroughly as possible. If you are interested in a particular vehicle bring a mechanic with you. Boris was great, I was a bit skeptical of used car dealers but he did what he promised. Bottom line buyer be ware, make sure you know what you are putting down your hard earned bucks on and then enjoy. Some questions to ask: How many miles are on the car Who was this vehicle bought from? Where was this car bought? What kind of oil do you use in the car How long of a test drive can I take Are you willing to let me get this inspected independently

These people are criminals and low life thieves. They stole $ 9200 from us and gave us a car that needs a new engine and new transmission and are refusing to repair or replace. RESEARCH THEM AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM... They have several attorney general cases and civil court cases pending. They are the people that buy junk cars for scrap and sell them as good used cars. M2 AUTO GROUP LLC., 55 Main Street, East Brunswick, NJ - nothing but criminals with a license to steal.

I saw the car I wanted on the M2 website, a 2008 4 door Jeep rubicon. I called to inquire about the price and check on the car. The next day the price was reduced to exactly what I asked for. I talked to Rob on the phone a few times that afternoon. Even though they were short staffed Rob was able to answer all of my questions very professionally and was always there when I called. I was so pleased with the customer service that I paid for the car in full that same day. The car showed up in great condition on my door step in 3 days (and I live in Vermont!). Rob then overnighted my temp plates and title the next day, even though it was a weekend. I buy a lot of cars and I have to say this was the best, no bullsh*t process I have ever experienced. 3 weeks later and my jeep runs great. Next time I buy a car you can bet I'll be calling Rob first. Keep up the good work buddy. -Adam W. Bridgewater Corners, VT

Looking for a relatively new audi, M2 auto group was the only dealership close to me that had what I wanted (low miles, black interior, gps, etc.) Before going there, I read the reviews and I was hesitant to even make the trip out there. Because there are only 12 reviews on this dealership, and only 5 people writing the reviews, I decided that I would be optimistic and make the trip out there. The sales rep was extremely busy, but still answered all of my questions. he was NOT pushy (I hate pushy sales people that won't let me breathe), he was not pressuring me into buying the vehicle right then and there. He even gave me the keys and let me go outside and look through the car for 10 minutes before he came outside. He told me where all the scratches were inside and outside the car. He printed a car fax for me right in front of me! When I decided to purchase the car, there were no hidden fees and I was able to negotiate a few dollars off the car for the scratches. The sales rep helped me look for cheaper insurance policies, suggested the extended warranty(which I purchased), and told me not to worry about the plates because he will FEDEX them to me as soon as he gets them. I received my plates in the mail 1.5 weeks after I purchased the car. Once the sale was complete, I told him that I was hesitant to even come to the dealership because of the reviews, and he replied "We sell thousands of cars, and there are only 10 reviews online...need I say more?" People love to write the negative and complain. I was not going to write about my pleasurable experience with this dealership, but I decided that I needed to share my encounter because the reviews does not do this dealership its justice.

On July 20, 2010 I went to check out a 2005 Nissan Xterra from M2 Auto Group hoping it was as good as the ad on craigslist boasted.I spoke with Juan about making a deal after taking the test-drive and he agreed to take off $500 of the sticker price and I was to come back the next day with the $. I returned in the morning ready to make a deal and Juan was nowhere. After test-driving one more time I spoke with Juan over the phone and he explained there was no change in the sticker price that they were firm on it. Even though we had discussed the previous day a deal stating that if i negotiate for $500 off I waive my right to the warranty that is required by NJ Lemon Law and had to purchase an extended one. After 2 hours of attempting to make a deal I finally settled on paying the sticker price. Mike writes up the contract I sign, he signs, I ask, 'so since I am paying the FULL sticker price I am getting both an extended warranty and the 60 day dealership warranty REQUIRED by NJ Lemon Law?' and all of a sudden the "manager" Robert walks in and yells "Cancel the deal! It's going to the Auction!" I got extremely irate demanded to speak with the manager/owner, whoever's in charge as I had a SIGNED contract and Mike tells me that was him, not to bother NOT TO BUY HERE that I don't deserve this treatment. He seemed pissed also as we just spent 2 hours on this deal. Extremely upset and aggravated I left and proceeded to report them to the BBB (adding to the already many complaints). I had a friend of mine call the next day to ask about the Xterra to see if it really was "going to the auction" and sure enough it was "still available" and the price was exactly what I was going to pay. The deal breaker here: me demanding to get the required dealership warranty of 60 days 3000 miles holding them 100% liable if something went wrong (minus a $50 deductible) If it was such a "sound, strong truck" like Juan said it shouldn't have been a problem giving me a 60 day warranty!! BUYER BEWARE!! THEY'RE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!
